      cla helps in decreasing estrogen and increasing testosterone

      +aman sahani Mate you can follow any one.. i was on 6week but once this released i stopped that and started this as this is bit advance and helps burn more... since i was already working out for close to 6 months 6weeks didnt give me much effect on workout, but here we are lifting heavy so its powerful program
