Sometimes when I watch your channel I see you do things that whilst yes sustainable are things I can apply to my life to help managing my neuro divergency easier. Thank you
I paused the video and grabbed a bag of onions and then carried on watching while I sliced them and they are currently having a caramelization party in my crockpot. I set the crockpot on my stove with the extraction fan going to minimize stinking out my whole house!
I have to thank you for posting recipes for the hot cocoa mix and vanilla extract! I used your base recipe for the hot cocoa mix but changed out coconut milk powder since I'm dairy free. It's so good, easy, and it lasts me such a long time. I love hot cocoa but wasn't able to find a premade mix that was dairy free. I love it!! And I made my first batch of vanilla extract the other day using your recipe. I'm excited for it to do it's thing and become usable. I hope to make some as gifts for the holidays, but for now it's just for my family. Love your content, and I love seeing your black lab grow!! I have a female black lab too, and it's sweet seeing what my dog would have looked like as a puppy 😍🐕
Amazing! I'm so glad coconut milk powder is an easy swap!! And I hope you love the vanilla extract as much as we do-it was a big hit for holiday gifts. Thank you so much!! Pepper is growing way too fast!
I absolutely LOVE your meal planning binders and the basic list of meals for each day of the week on the front of the one. I'm gonna have to re-watch that/look to see if you have a video on the subject. I'm so bad at meal planning but the basic day of the week = a certain type of meal is mindblowing and might actually work for me. XD A great trick for speeding the onion caramelization is to add water. I was once told it is the evaporation of water that causes the process and I've used it ever since. When in a regular pan just add a few tablespoons of water, let it fry/ evaporate out, add some more. This helps prevent my previous mistake of adding more oil to try to speed it, which just makes it oily and doesn't help much. I've done it in a crockpot before too, but I can't recall how much I used just that I stirred it every hour and a half to two hours and was done in around 5 or 6 i think. 8 hours another day, but that was just cause I forgot it lol
Thank you so much!! I’ve considered making videos on it before, I will now!! It’s helped us a lot with meal planning. And great tip, I’ll try it next time I do onions!!

Yesssssss. I love that!! I love the smell of onions cooking, so it was like a stove simmer pot!!
That pepper cheddar bread looked delicious.
It was amazing and will definitely be a regular make!!
