I don't understand why Lord Sugar can criticise Jamie for not being able to control his team, when he says himself that Melissa is a "loose cannon that I don't think I can control".

Does she (melissa) wear coloured contact lenses? Her eyes look well pretty in this, but im sure I saw one when she was on the phone early in th emorning and her eyes were brown??

She also mentions "ganging up" as if it isn't a totally normal thing to happen in the show. It's full of people who want to impress, of course they're going to target certain people to stay alive.
