  • There are some spectacular places to ride motorbikes in the UK. That's why Motorcycle Sport and Leisure and MoreBikes have joined forces to create a series of guides to some of the best biking routes across the land.
In this episode, we take three touring motorcycles on some of the best roads in Wales.
We ride the BMW R1250RT, the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 SX, and the Yamaha Tracer 9 GT.
Our route covers the best bits of Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons, with a host of amazing motorcycle roads in both National Parks, and a bit outside the parks too.
In addition to top motorbike routes and some spectacular scenery, we are putting Bridgestone T32 tyres and Bikerheadz kit to test.
For complete route descriptions and more info about the bikes, kit, locations and more, we have a 32-page guide covering riding Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons, free with October 2021 issue of Motorcycle Sport & Leisure magazine. To get your guide, visit www.classicmagazines.co.uk/is...
To access Google maps and .gpx files of the routes in the video, visit www.mslmagazine.co.uk/best-mo...

I also recommend the B4520 between Brecon and Builth Wells.
Never any traffic and its a stunning flowing roller-coaster of a back road 🙂

Just came across your fantastic “On the fly” video of the Welsh tour. It was almost therapeutic just soaking up the magnificent views that Wales has to offer. Your capture together with commentary describing where you visited was both informative and adequate enough for me to understand. I was up around Snowdonia a couple of weeks ago so it was nice to get a perspective from your footage as you sometimes can miss bits when your riding and concentrating on the road Lol .

Great footage. Love a bike trip to Wales. I am slightly concerned that the new 20 mph limits will inevitably lead to other reductions.

Ive done 6 tours of Wales. Always rains.😂
After doing Belgium 3 years in a row, decided to do Normandy. 8 hour trip. Just a Ball ache on toll roads.
So back to Wales for the roads. Plus I've bought an older bike this year as I've given up on modern machinery, don't want to do the miles anymore. 1996 Kawasaki Gpz1100E.

I don't think there is a underground zip line, there is bounce bellow series of trampolines crossing the underground caverns, zip lines are on the hill above the mine ,and also a down hill mountain bike course very popular , then trawsfynydd powerstation decommisioned neuclear Station, but there is a hydro at maentwrog which is run from the waters of the trawsfynydd lake, and also tanygrisiau hydro at blaenau ffestiniog, lake side cafe is next to it, popular with walkers climbers and motorcyclists, oh and the narrow gauge steam train also , just filling in the bits you missed and was not quite correct about my home area, plenty of narrow roads with plenty of bends to keep you on your toes
