Not sure when this video was posted. But my beautiful mumma bought me this deck for Christmas and I am in love with it. It's not one that I would normally have bought for myself.
I love how they are clean and not busy. Photo manipulation but without the collagy affect. I mean in some decks the many layers are nice, but I like the cleanness of this.
My copy of this deck came in yesterday and I've had the same experience as you. I can't stop looking at the. ads and I find the messages extremely accurate. Such a lovely oracle! !

I love the look of the oracle side (face) of the cards and am REALLY drawn to the deck for that reason. I just wish the "back" of the cards wasn't such a harsh red color. It's such a stark contrast to the soft, muted tones of the face of the cards that it creates an energetic disharmony in the deck for me. :(

Your review has helped me to realise this is the perfect deck, especially when you talk about how it is not a daily affirmation deck, moreover it is wise advice on (deeper) issues. I believe you might mention this deck in a recent video, maybe in your Divesting Decks? Mine finally arrived. Sadly, I have to remove 4 fairy cards from the deck (I am retaining the other 7 fairy cards for now). The images are just very hard to connect for me, that it threatens to ruin the whole deck. These are: 22. Blessed, 26. Happy, Happy, 31. Why?, 39. New Life. This means that these messages will not be available to me. To take the point of view of believing in external forces for the minute, I take this as a sign that I am not to work with these messages, at least not with this particular deck anyway. I thought removing a few cards might be better than doing away with the whole deck all together, as I do love the rest. I must say that the "Never-Ending Story" card has a special meaning to me after I listen to your video about it and mental illness. I was deeply moved by that video. So I am not sure if my perception of that particular card has been coloured by my admiration for your story. Instead of seeing a fairy, I see a story. Which is a good thing :) Thanks for your review.
I'm curious to know what the flags mean, that are on the tops of some of the images? I do want to buy this deck, it reminds me of her Enchanted Map oracle, which I really enjoy. Unfortunately it isn't available yet in Canada (or at least in my area) :( Thanks for a great review!
+Carol H Yes, the flags seem a little odd to me. They're very pretty, but I'm not sure that they have much meaning other than to add some whimsy to the cards!

Yeah for sure. It reminds me a little bit of the Enchanted Map, which I love using, so I will be adding this one to my wishlist!

What was the card you couldn't find the Oracle in?
Are the gilded cards hard to shuffle? Do they stick together?
+cinemaroll In my experience, the cards are a little stuck together when you first get them, put the quickly become easier to work with. :)
