You could still do gokus hair in black. The lord slug movie has his “false” super Saiyan transformation. There is an episode in the other world tournament where he does the same thing. 😊🙏🏻

There are movable DragonBall kits called Figure-Rise, but I'm not sure if they are made by the same factory that makes Gunpla. Bandai publishes them, just not sure on the factory itself.
As a huge Dragon Ball fan, Super was kinda meh for me. Now overall, it was enjoyable, but not as enjoyable as Z or OG Dragon Ball. If you ever do watch Dragon Ball Super skip the first two arcs. They just recap Battle of Gods, and Resurrection F with worse animation, and more meaningless fluff. However, I highly reccomend watching the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie. It's quite possibly one of the best anime films I've seen. (Of course my bias is coming through, because of how much I love Dragon Ball, but I still highly reccomend it.) Hell, I would even say skip the series, and just go straight to the movie. You're not missing a whole lot anyways except for the Ultra Instinct reveal in the final arc, but that's it.
