I prefer a swiss army knife. Bought mine in Switzerland 20+ years ago, and still carry it. As for tools? Yes. Only thing I don't... no, I have wire strippers I just never use them because my pocketknife is faster. Tackle box, though, could go either way, depending on what you have that needs sorting into tiny containers and how. I have one for electronic components, but for screws I'd rather use a set of shop drawers. Yeah if you can't legally carry in your location or for some reason don't feel comfortable or compelled ATLEAST carry POM or Sabre Red spicy spray... From homeless crazies in the city to stray dogs at your house or in the park there is NO excuse to not be prepared, especially if you have a child/spouse with you... Even if you carry concealed spicy spray should also be part of your EDC... Turns many chances of possible legal charges into non issues... Spray is a much better alternative to junkies busting into your vehicle or a neighborhood dog that got loose when ventilating either would probably land you in a squad car or another confrontation... But pepper spray can't solve everything... Like extreme criminal violence or abduction or rap3... Look out for the ladies in your life, they are more likely to be targeted than you in most environments, so make sure they are trained and equipped to deal with such possibilities...

I'm not biologically or psychologically a man, but I fuck with this video 🤟. My closest Fleet Farm is a ways out though, so think I'll check my local Menards first. My arbitrary tool would probably be the powerwasher, power auger for posthole digging, or maybe the soldering kit. Ooh or the hole puncher for leather belts. Special compound level specifically for lining up posts? Lots of weird stuff in the garages. Or maybe one of the special chisel x pry bar tools that're made specifically for beekeeping. Ours are like 15 years old at this point and the thing about them that's a giveaway that they're not brand new is how they're chronically covered in beeswax and honey. They have NOT been well taken care of but they even have their original paint. Those things are made to LAST. A
My tool that I really only lend to friends is a pole saw. I've used it probably 5 times for myself, but I have taken it to help friends probably 20 times and lent it out even more
I love carying a pocket knife everyday, but even a modest knife can be a bit jarring to others when you pull it out, so a small set of WISS electrician's scissors is another fantastic EDC item to carry along. Slip it into an EDC pouch that you put into your pocket, or even a simple leather pouch you put on the belt, and they're built to last.
Real shit. The best portable tool box will almost always be a good quality tackle box. I use one for all my firearm and blackpowder stuff, my mom has a huge one for her sewing stuff, my dad also has one for black powder, i use one for fasteners. Just get a couple, and dont mix usages.
Used a table box to make my home-made first aid kit. Only used it a couple of times but when i did it worked great. Held everything i needed and it was all easy to find and get.
Thank you for the tackle box screw idea. I have plenty of tackle boxes I don't use. And plenty of room to make a screw organizer box and put the tackle in a different box. 😅
Also, 50 cal ammo cans. Get 2 or 3 of them, bare minimum. The operating minimum, on the other hand, is always all the ones you can fill, plus one empty

Truth, im 37 , ive olvy fished a couple dozen times as a child , never as an adult but i have a fully stocked tackel box in the garage. It was my grandpas when he passed i took his tools and his tackle box , one day i will have some free time to fish , i imagine i would enjoy it
I'm having a hard time with that 2nd one everytime I get a tool that I think I'm only going to use once I end up being like wow I'm really glad I have this it's been so useful
I had the tackle box. Won it a some event I can't remember anymore. Kept my model paints in it for planes and ships. Then when I became a father I gave it to my son to keep his hot wheels in. Was a nice moment in life.
When he said "screws", I nodded sagely. I work in home repair. Have about three or four tackle boxes of assorted screws ready to go at all times. Because when a customer loses a screw "checking that everything's there" (i can tell when you tried to assemble the thing yourself and got in over your head), the tendency to save everything I get my grubby hands on saves my butt in return.
The tackle box is rather dubious, I'd be behind a broader statement like some form of tool chest. Personally, I have my home toolbox, the portable toolbox For when a buddy or family need roadside assistance, and the woodworking tool chest. There is also the workshop which is the room full of tools that won't quite fit into boxes.

Nothing more manly than needing a weapon to make yourself feel safe
99% of self defense can be accomplished with pepper spray
@@max_the_tand it’s not to make me feel like more of a man or feel safe if that’s if anything happens and I absolutely have to I could put an end to the threat at hand
But I understand both of y’all’s opinions that’s what’s great about this world we don’t all think the same we can have our own free opinions
I had a snacklebox when I was kid. My Opa made it for me for the pinewood derby. Had graphite, slim Jim’s, screws, weights, nuts. Love you Opa.
Shotgun, rifle, and a pistol.
and 4 wheel drive
Tackle boxes are the best for storing table-top gaming gear in. Dice, minis, those tiny bottles of paint, all the -repurposed doll house furniture- super cool dungeon/battlefield scenery...
Don't forget about a pistol 👍
Great vid, straightforward and clear, keep it up!
HEY !! You listen and you listen good.
You dont BORROW your friend anything.
You lend your friend things.
Your friend borrows things from you.
Got it ?!!
Do not make me come back here again. 👀.
Honest to God I keep needlenose pliers on me most of the time because I might be prying something, I might be pulling something, or I might be unhooking a bass. You never know.
Daily carry of pliers: every farmer I ever saw growing up in NW Iowa.
This is pure positive masculinity. I love it. It's not about being, not a woman. It's about being a man. It's not biology.
I have muscle cars, and I use a tackle box to take along small parts that I can use for roadside repairs. It’s really handy.
I’ve got a workshop full of tools and machinery none over my mate have. I’m Always happy to offer my services to help them out.
I desperately need more places to put screws. Solid tip man, thanks!
Tacklebox is a lifesaver for tabletop gamers. Especially games like X-Wing. Buddy had two different tackle boxes to hold all his pieces.
Real shit. The best portable tool box will almost always be a good quality tackle box. I use one for all my firearm and blackpowder stuff, my mom has a huge one for her sewing stuff, my dad also has one for black powder, i use one for fasteners. Just get a couple, and dont mix usages.
I refuse to do plumbing work, but I already own and do everything else you stated.
Used a table box to make my home-made first aid kit. Only used it a couple of times but when i did it worked great. Held everything i needed and it was all easy to find and get.
Dude you have trimmed down quite a bit. Looking good keep it up.
Been carrying a leatherman super tool 300 everyday for the last 11 years, not day goes by i dont use it at least once. Cant live without it now
As a man. I agree with this message
When you said every day carry my first thought was that I already daily carry my pistol lol.
We need this to become a series!
Yo straight up using a tackle box to sort/store legos is one of the best fucking ideas I’ve ever wished I heard 15 years ago 😂😂😂
A tackle box makes an excellent electrical solder kit box.
Room for wire, soldering gun, torch, all sorts of end connectors, heat shrink tubing, etc
I keep extra pocket knives in my tackle box. Keeps them organized and ready for when I want to change my edc.
My everyday carry:
>Ibuprofen, antacids, and throat lozenges
>Phone, earbuds, spare battery, type C charging cable
>Lighter
>Sword
>Wallet
>Keys and hairtie on a carabiner on my belt loop
>BDU belt (it's ugly but a good simple strong design, been wearing the same one since high school pretty much every day)
Truth, im 37 , ive olvy fished a couple dozen times as a child , never as an adult but i have a fully stocked tackel box in the garage. It was my grandpas when he passed i took his tools and his tackle box , one day i will have some free time to fish , i imagine i would enjoy it
Yeah the tackle box does look pretty useful to me
Either for my art supplies or Like you said with the screws thing
I'm amazed that Buck brand folder was so accessible. Nowadays seems like name brands knives are always locked up in some form.
I'm having a hard time with that 2nd one everytime I get a tool that I think I'm only going to use once I end up being like wow I'm really glad I have this it's been so useful
Haven’t seen your videos in a while. Congrats on the weight loss! :)
I had the tackle box. Won it a some event I can't remember anymore. Kept my model paints in it for planes and ships. Then when I became a father I gave it to my son to keep his hot wheels in. Was a nice moment in life.
This is the best sponsor video I’ve ever seen. Great job bud!
Tackle box works great for sorting electrical connectors but not so much for nuts and bolts as it is usually not meant for heavy weight
Awesome video man! 👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏
