Really enjoyed these videos on the Spitfire. I see you said you have now sold it...that's a shame, I was looking forward to seeing further progress on this car. But thanks for the videos. I'm always on the lookout for such videos, especially on Classic British cars...can you buy a Morris Minor van and do that up !
Good work, and you seem to working at a good pace too. One tip don't use silicon for sealing up use a proper seam sealer as silicon isn't paint compatible and if any of it get on a visible panel the paint won't adhere (paint shops hate silicon). I use Sikaflex and have found it very good and easy to get a nice smooth seal with it. Good luck
Thank you!! 🙏 Unfortunately I had to sell the spitfire in the end to get the vx220 in the workshop, I'll get another on the channel at some point I promise 👌
@cashmachinecars it would be awesome if you would keep us up to date on these sort of things. You are an absolute delight, and I think, if you shared more about your regular life, your channel would grow and grow. Not that you're doing too bad as it is 😁
Your new welder is very good, i changed from a transformer mig to an inverter and it really helped my welding ! great work done on the spitfire.

I'm new here and thoroughly enjoying your content, but... where's the rest of this playlist 😁

May I ask were you got you're parts from.
I got them from a place called ' Wins international ltd ' probably not the cheapest out there but they are local to me 👍
