I have just listened to this masterpiece I am currently 15 years old and i am learning flute from past 7 months My target - when i will be 17 years old I will master the skill of playing flute ,. It totally depends on my practice
Im 56 and so much indian classical music has taken me away to other times & worlds since I first heard it when I was 6 years old! You are blessed that you are perceptive enough to notice the divine vibration in this music; Hariji is certainly playing from his heart and the cosmos! Have youheard the recordings of him playing the 1999 reunion band Remember Shakti? John Mclaughlin on guitar & Zakir Hussain on tabla! One of my favorite bands for decades - they first formed in 1973, then again 1999, then again later and recently7 finshed their huge 50th anniversary tour and new albums! Divine
For all the connoisseurs of this music, this fusion version of Raga Hansadhwani is played by the group called 'Shakti'. This group is a creation of Ustad Zakir Hussain himself. On guitar, it is John McLaughlin, on Flute, it is none other than Guruji, on Pakhawaj, it is Pandit Bhawani Shankar and is accompanied by Rakesh Chaurasia.
I can feel the energy. 1 Wake up early 2 close your eyes 3 turn on this music on youtube 4 and sit quiet without any thoughts going on in mind and just observe what you feel!!! Something so special that u would keep it a secret and give heartiest wishes to pandit hariprasad for his heavenly rendition and for his more to come!! Long live indian classical and my salute to panditji🙏🏻🙏🏻
You really feel this when you listen to Indian classical music. There is something so soothing and heavenly about it. You don't need scientific proof for that. You just know.
But the fact is, Indians nowadays are throwing away their most important part, i.e., Indian classical. Don't know what happened, but I hope that one day Indian classical will be the most well known music system in the world.
@@msrbvideos6296 what do you mean throwing away? It's alive and well. Just that tastes have evolved and people are more open to music from around the world.

Listening to Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia's rendition of Raag Hamsadhwani is an ethereal experience for me. The way he masterfully manipulates the flute transforms the melody into something otherworldly, making me feel as if I'm melting into a state of oneness with the music. His amazing skill not only showcases the beauty of this raag but also deeply resonates with my soul. It's a truly mesmerizing performance.
