Always loved Keef/Ron/Johnny Thunders, but renewed appreciation for Charlie Starr and the grreaat RnR tones he gets in Blackberry Smoke with old stock P 90s, just beeuutiful 👍
My favorite is the 1966 Gibson SG Jr. with the single dogear P-90 and factory vibrato, or wiggle stick as you like to call it, Mark. Nothing screams Rock N' Roll like a guitar with a single P-90 in the bridge and nothing else! :D

Yeah, I know it's a sales platform; LPs, Teles, and Strats are what make Norm and Mark money, but this channel has become greater than the sum of its parts. We need Prof. Agnesi to wax poetic on more lesser known beasts, more often.

These things always have a shelf life, for individual viewers. I no longer watch the show daily, and in time won't watch it all. But new viewers will arrive and find the content fresh. The circle of virtual life or something.

Holy shit, what a great sound! So funny how guitar players use lots stuff on massive
pedal boards and boutique amps to get a sound just like this. Like the Old Days,
just a guitar, an amp and some good hands. The greatest guitar sounds of the 60's
and 70's (which everyone wants!) were achieved like this. Very few if any pedals but
lots of commitment to the music and the instrument. Rock And Roll, Blues, old school
R&B, we know the drill! Less is more; and pedals are for bicycles. (just sayin' ...)

Led Paul, Jr's were built by the night janitor at the Gibson Factory out of left over parts he swept up from the floor.
Man another top notch Les Paul Junior. Really makes you think. Makes me think of all the other guitars that could also be done, like a great Maton electric or acoustic. Somebody's gotta do a Maton, Mark!
W3STI3 96 Matons are not rare ; not collectable - nearly unknown outside of down-under and Tommy E fans- just not Norm's bag. The only way they'd even have one is on a trade. Ppl gotta understand what this store is all about - they are the gunslingers of the most expensive vintage guitar inventory west of the Rockies.
