- I have put this video off for months, and for good reason. While I still have a lot of footage I want to use, I figured it was time to stop putting this one off.
The classic report meta you hear so much about is still alive and stronger than ever. It's absurd the things that can get you banned on an official server. The lack of actual investigation and communication with their community is quite apparent. I know I am not the first to be dev wiped and I will not be the last.
If my advice means anything to you, avoid official servers at all cost. The state of Conan Exiles on the official servers is an utter joke at this point.
The ban applies on servers restart, not after 24hours. A friend of mine had the server crash before the reset so he had no time to save his stuff.
YUP i confirm, it applies at next server restart (sometime need 2 server restart, its why they modified to have daily 2 server restart one after one, it happens if i remenber well all days on all servers 2 time beetwen 5,10 - 5,30 am, server local time. if any server crash happens before the daily scheduled reboot of servern well it will apply the ban when restart of server created by the crash will occurs.

My friends and I played in a 10 man clan on siptah back in the day. We had one base with a bridge to an island which had an arena to teach each other how to pvp. 2 separate 10 man Japanese clans joined our server who couldn't fight to save their lives all they did was try gumba us and spam claim towards our base as they destroyed our foundations 1 by 1 toward our base. Everytime we killed thier archers with the explosive arrows they only ever had 1 arrow in thier inventory. We didn't know but they We using an infinite arrow exploit. Long story short they claimed the whole North East forest of siptah on our server with 4x4 gate box's so they could run and try trap us when they got low health and also about 170 ish vaults through the area. We reported them with pictures and everything to funcom as it was within reason. Nothing was done and we got banned and base wiped as they must of reported us due to them not being able to raid our base after 2 weeks. We all quit and have sworn to never touch the game again because of the way funcom handles these things.
Such a shame they should of kept the magic out and focused on polishing and fixing the bugs. This game can be so fun when it's right and there's so much lost potential.
It's stories like yours that made me want to play official. Sure I could have made videos discussing these issues I had heard or read but I said, "I want to experience this for myself." By this video my outcome is one of sadness. All the stories I had heard started to become a reality for myself and friends.
To this day I cannot understand how they think their course of actions have been ethical towards the player base.
You did the right thing by writing this game off but I fully agree, there is a lot of lost potential.
Seriously how much to just buy the game off them?

Of course. It's been an issue for ages now and Funcoms denial of it has to stop.
I feel your pain! We've been banned multiple times, for as little as a keyhole base with 4k pieces, no stacking, and an active fob a decent distance from an enemy base. Pretty sure pvp pyramids and fobs are bannable...but we'll never get a clear answer. Bottom line, reporting is just a way to "win". People don't report a peaceful clan with a giant laggy base, they report people they teel threatened by, or they want your build location. We just server hop now. We stay for a week, rarely two, then we're out. I've got 6 bans and am on my 3rd account, almost all my bans are for "landclaim abuse" 🤷♀️
We had a kind soul on the server who built arenas and held events for the server. Some idiots came along and threatened to report this peaceful soul. He was banned multiple times.
I forgot to mention in the video but the structure we had built on top of keyhole and the pyramids outside our base did not get touched. And yes they hate pyramids and public map rooms. CURSE YOU for building public map rooms for the pop to use, HOW DARE YOU!
As someone who used to admin on multiple servers, I love this video. If I ever start a server up, I'll save keyhole for you guys.
lol I can already hear the drama from other players on the server. People hate when people live in keyhole. Most server I am on these days have it banned.
I've been talking for years about the dissociation of Funcom devs, admins and moderators.
From my streams getting runed over by hackers when twitch drops were a thing to the servers i've been playing getting ddosed to getting undermeshed and well whatever you can think off that could happen to you.
And guess what, they do not talk to you, they do not care about you even when i was having 150 viewers per avarage and everyone was seeing the shit that this game is in regards of them being able to admin they just don't care... well at least for PvP side of the game.
When the community is posting about pvp issues on forums, they get trolled out of the posts by so called expirienced Conan Exiles players who know "everything" (read as nothing) about the game and their posts getting locked so no one can see them or write about them.
And ye players, like you. are getting banned for just having a base, whilst fly bases, undermesh bases, cheaters and all the scum of the earth is runing around unscathed.
it is a ludacris situation, like you can't make this shit up.

Well said! Also, kudos for streaming this game. I would never do that because I know the shit show that would follow it. Had a friend who streamed ark and he had to experience all the wonders you spoke of. But even ark devs would come into his stream and reach out. Can't say that about Funcom, when it comes to the pvp community.
I love Conan Exiles, it's unique, the combat was fun and so was raiding and building but that was not my source of content I wanted to hone in on. I wanted to experience the abuse first hand, so these videos could have some life to them. I know we are small voices but at least we try. It's all we can do at the end of the day.

We too raided a flying base on our server left half of it up there so the dev can ban the guy , and his response to that is to build behind the green wall now with that net limiter glitch
dude also mentioned in chat buried chests so i assume undermesh too, he also got his fellow countrymen ,cause they all band together and push every one not from their country off the map, to build behind the green wall too.
We had an infestation on our server of cheaters and clans all teaming. Any of them get banned? Nah, just the people who helped fight them off the server.
This is far from the first video I have seen on the topic, and my takeaway is that Funcom consider cheating, undermeshing and skybases to be good, and regular ground bases to be bad. So the lession they are teaching is that everyone should cheat, undermesh and build skybases. It would ofc be a wierd new meta, but Funcom do seem to endorse that playstyle.
And it will not be the last, sadly.
It's sad to see the people actually sticking it to the cheaters being driven off. Some of the most fun videos have always been seeing cheaters get slam dunked. It shows that they can cheat, but that just exposes all their weaknesses as players. So seeing Funcom endorsing the cheaters just kills their game sadly, like you surmised. Hopefully they will learn, but in reality, they probably won't. And just to add to the fire, their focus is on PvE, but PvE servers are so laggy that you have invisible enemies, ranged melee fighters, teleporting mobs and the like. Last night I tested out a PvE-C server I had played on before. It was me and one other player on, and the server lagged so much I couldn't consistently recharge my stamina bar, much less fight basic mobs. Riding a horse is suicide, so what you are left with is crafting and farming materials. Going to a camp to catch crafters is a guaranteed death sentence. So private servers or single player are the only alternatives.
I hope this video gets attention, because I agree and have suffered from this myself, i am permanently banned for land claim that I have no idea where that came from. Sky bases ,under meshes , op spears that have 100 damage , bomb glitches and nothing but we permanently ban people for land claim! And I purchased all the season passes so can’t even use the content that I paid for and i am a person that has more than 4000 hours on this game . Its a shame how they are driving people away from the game. I tried to appeal 3 times with no success! It’s useless!
Yea i lost count of how many players have threatened me to either cooperate or get reported
You survive too long and eventually the reports start happening. I find it funny because it's always the sweatiest players making these reports.
I was on a server and nearly 20+ people got banned all at the same time. Some from our clan, and many from multiple other clans and solo players. All from a zerg that tried to wipe us. The server got together to fight them off and that was the end result. They couldn't beat us so they reported us instead.
Similar story for us as well. We went unraided for far too long. The moment of the wipe, we had the sky base havers at our door. It was obvious where the reports were coming from. The second dev wipe we have 3 different clans with fobs outside our base an hour before the wipe. It was all very odd.
@@Mahazioth Now that you mention it there were fobs at our door ahead of our ban as well.
Isn’t there an issue with building in KeyHole where if you build gates the right way in the gap then they only take 1 point of damage per bomb?
You can get banned for that. Its considered a bug or exploit with an advantage against other players. That was the last ban I got that got me perma'd
Yes but the ban would say something about exploited related behavior. Our second ban said that because we made sure to block no thrall spawn and built so small it was like keyhole was owned by poor people. I cannot say for sure if they ban for the gates, sure they would even though it's their building system. They said at one point stacking was allowed, then changed their mind. Honestly I don't know if they know up from down.
@@Mahazioth personally, I avoid keyhole because of multiple stories like this that I’ve heard. You may or may not get banned it seems. Regardless it isn’t worth the risk to me. I stick to my jungle.
@@Mahazioth or just don’t play official. I’ve never seen the appeal. Too many hackers and then when problems like this arise you will never get a clear cut answer. You’re better off dealing with a community and an admin who is a player and is more understanding and has more common sense than your average game developer.
@@andrewsmitley8569 how do you find servers from people to play with cuz a lot of them are locked with a password .. i would love to find servers were people actually comunicate the ones i'm in (official siptah and exile lands) littarly nobody even speaks to one another )
You can break a rule without it being enforced for years because funcom doesn't actively police. It requires player action. Technically having even torches around the perimeter of a base is a land claim violation if they are outside the base.
Been dev wiped more times than a clan managed to wipe us the report meta is like a super weapon on conan
I guess I can say the same now as well. Got dev wiped twice living in keyhole and never got raided. Still it's the ones with the huge ego on pvp that report the most, sad actually.

I totally understand you mate. My advice to all Conan fans out there is to just get a private server and share the rent amongst you with your friends. Do not, I repeat DO NOT play by the Funcom official rules!!! Whether it's PVP or PVE-C; when you can set up our own mods as well as rules on your own server for a small cost, why go with the official free version and turn yourself into a product. 😉

Insane amount of people are getting Dev wiped. But the hackers/cheater/exploiters dont get banned.
If you dont want people blocking resources. make them no build zones. If you dont want people stacking foundations or what have you. make it so you cant do it. dont leave them as main features of building than ban people for it

I’ve prided myself on competing and beating the best clans on Xbox without ever skybasing or exploiting with exceptions like the summon corpse glitch.
We got mass reported by…. People who sky trebbed us and lived under wolf cave 🤷♂️ we had crevice and got reported for building in a named location.
I stopped playing on officials because of the ban meta. My last ban we had a tower base at heat stroke with 1 building below that had a wheel. We got banned for land claim. Now I just play on privates because I don't want to lose my account with all the DLC's over the ban meta.
My main account got the first banned. Never touched it after that our of fear of losing all my dlc as well. Just privates for me now unless people need a hand on official, but now I just use an alt account.
A lot of those recipe papers too are reason for ban when blocked, but for some reason they let you build on/around them.. >.< And some of them are SO hard to see, and clipping through the ground.
There is another lore stone on top of that smaller tower beside the keyhole tower. Did you maybe have that blocked off?

Report meta destroyed our clan on official, so much work and all our clan members for a week ban, except me, I got perma banned from this official server. Funny part, we built on water, four people, we took up 17k pieces... 🤣
Just got another dev wipe for a mild southern aqueduct build. But don't worry! The clans I've reported in obvious mesh spots or skybases haven't been wiped. Funcom and Zendesk are terrible, I agree with you I wish they would at least say what you did wrong. Bad enough there's no bubbles anymore to help defend vs zerg cheating clans smh
We spent many hours sitting in our base being killed by a cheater. Sent in the clips. Had friend on the outside make clips with the name visible and did they get banned? Nope. Why? Because they change accounts. They know how long it takes funcom to look into anything so as long as they can change accounts, they never get banned. But yes, let's ban people who actually play the game legit.
Yeah its unreal...a couple times I've gotten emails back from zendesk " wE cAn'T fInD the BaSe"...no shit I reported it 3 weeks ago haha
im sad that this happend to u, but also clad that you made this video, bcoz this is so big issue, on xbox i play like 2 weeks per server and almost every week i see someone get banned in server only way to not get banned is to make flybase lol...
Sad but true, live in a sky base and you will probably last longer.
@@Mahazioth i think i got wiped for the same reason awhile back... me and my clan mate defended 8 man clan for weks with no problem and then we got wiped when we started winning at counter attacks.. almost wiped them, not even mad just disopainted😅
So if you switch ownership of clan and switch clan name you won't be zero wiped?? Or is there more to process
What we did was have a new account added to clan, then gave ownership and everyone left clan. We then joined with our alt accounts and were able to keep what was not destroyed by the wipe. The wipe will happen but if you are when it happens you can mitigate what is lost.
Hello! My friend, I played on server 1111 for half a year, without chests, the bedroom was separate from the main, so that for readers my database seemed empty, and it worked. I had 70+ doors, it helped me defend in solo, and the base was in a cave, I didn’t have block spam, nothing like that, just a built-up cave on j6, in the end one clan came to the server and didn’t even try to raid me, they they just started writing insults in the chat and said that I didn’t have long to play on this server. And a few days later my database was deleted by the Funkom admins. Before that, when I didn’t know how cheats work, and used chests and beds in the main, on the same server, I was blown up from the inside by cheaters twice. I love and hate this game, I've already played 4k hours, there have been 10+ starts, and each time out of the last 5 starts I ended up with a cheater raid. I haven’t finished watching your video yet, I’ll fix that now, but I decided to write this because I’m overwhelmed with emotions because of the inferiority and wretchedness of Funkom.
The reason for the ban and the period are exactly the same as yours. The funny thing is that they do this manually, since buildings that are not on the foundation or not attached to the main base remain, and you remain playing until the server is restarted. I hate funkom. They employ such incompetents that they cannot even assess the adequacy of the reports. If you live in a walk-through cave like me, you can easily be banned if you receive 10+ reports, although nowhere in the rules does it say that you cannot live in them. This applies to any passages, by the way, all over the map, I have heard more than once that people were banned in popular passage places.
@@n0tactik19 your base likely got wiped because of the 70+ doors. They are placeables and can cause server lag. And yes the gutter, slaveway, tyros passage and crevice are passageways that are bannable as they have poi's. There is that spot at the river near the arena that can get you banned as well because there is a chest under the rock there. I played 5k hrs and never knew about that damned chest. But a friend got banned for it. This is why so many people started building hanging bases.
@@TheCerceYurai There is no rule that says you cannot build 70 doors, and they do not affect the operation of the server, unlike, for example, new teleports. There are no chests in this cave, and I didn’t even get close to the spider on top. and also, if you carefully watched the video or even read the “rules” given in the link, you saw that there is no explicit prohibition on building in passages, especially when they do not interfere with moving around the map.
While reading this, I felt your pain and would like to say sorry. I know it's not my responsibility to say sorry but I want to say it anyways. No one should have to feel this way when playing a game they enjoy.
Of course I could see them make an argument that you had too many doors, but how else is a solo to defend their base? We had a big clan with allies and it was sometimes hard to defend, a solo against all odds, only so much one can do. The lack of communication on Funcoms end with their players is absolutely disgusting.
Also the threats people made towards you, we had similar people threating us in chat. That's the state of this game. They can't win, their ego is high so they resort to any means necessary to defeat you, whether it be zendesk, cheats or exploits, they just want to win. Does Funcom care? Naw not really, they care about you spending real life money for decorations for your base, broken cheap armor and ridiculous building pieces. At this time and point I feel Funcom only views it small player base as an income. They don't care about our feelings or experiences, they don't give a damn how it could affect someone, they just want your money.
My advice if you continue to pursue official. Always play on an alternate account.
I played on an official pvec with my best gaming friend for 2.5 years with no incidents whatsoever. Then we got banned (same message as you). We didn't overbuild or blockl anything, we had a good server going, good relationships with the other clans, starter packages, etc.. Our spirits were so broken we quit for over a year. When we came back we barely had a modest base and got banned again eithin 2 weeks. That's when a guy from a clan we were friends with let us know that a member of his clan was behind both bans (they had a falling out). Turns out this guy had mass reported us through his alts and didn't even need to send evidence of wrongdoing because Funcom does not investigate, they just take the reporter's claims at face value. Whoever they have working the complaints department needs to be fired.
I brought this up on the forums not too long ago and to my suprise the thread didn’t actually get deleted .. we share the same rules as pve… I think pvp need separate rules but hey it’s funcom, I’m on my 3rd ban and not once been given the proper reason why just general land claim even tho we were not 🙄
PVP servers should have different rules. We have gods, bombs, trebs, arrows etc. We can deal with the buildings, you can't on pve.

Headhunter (Bazaar) and the rest is mix and matched but usually Shemite.
I port much killed my siptah server. Had at least 12 clans banned. It made me and my friends rich.. but left the server hauntingly dead. We call it our private server.
As i know you can get ban for building in crevice.There is map marker inside and if players dont reach marker they cant get archievement in game.About keyhole many talks about ban just for building there.But no reason why.Talking about 10k+ building pieces its nothing in rules.You can get ban for 200 (if build 200 torches in one place).
So why in the heck do they let us build in these locations if they don't want us building in these locations. That alone screams incompetence, in my opinion.
I had a joke clan name of pornographer on 1961... devs wiped me and perma banned. I got my account back on appeal after 1 month.
when we got dev wiped they actually went in and deleted every single piece, even chests that were placed on structure. i've heard a lot of people say they will leave stuff that not on foundations but that wasn't the case with us. they deleted every single thing, whoever the dev was that wiped us was very thorough
Our second banned said something about exploiting. But our all our loot was on perma structure and guess what, it was all still there.
In your case it sounds like they actually logged onto the server. Had no idea they still do that.

That is where I have my base, and I have 2 bridges going over the water.
I have seen people with a sandstone bridge get banned faster than a fart can dissipate in the wind.
Building too large or blocking areas is part of the game and their withholding of a paid service is a failure to deliver services. The default strategy has been join, report rivals, repeat for at least a year now. Game is unplayable for anyone not body vaulting outside a clan.
Look at ARK for example. Clans were allowed to take over a whole server. On Conan, build in one location, block a thrall, BANNED. Quite comical honestly. As for body vaults, we made quite a few, but who knows if they will ever be awakened...

The servers dont even hold that many players , you could make the argument with 200 people but 10-40 people? the map is HUGE what are they talking about?
From coding perspective the cheating should be easilyy handled no ? I mean one if check on the "height" coordinate or a building peice should let you know if its out of bounds as well as green wall for out of bounds
Yes it should be. Even the logs will show when a player flies (really it's just them falling or sliding too fast) but this could easily be manipulated and they could add some more code for better detection of speed hackers, speed attacks etc.

Welcome to the club, nothing you can do about it unfortunately. Its why i moved to private servers.
Always loved the Conan takes on this channel. Every single one has been 100% and this one is no different, but... what's the point in even playing Conan PvP (or at all) at this point? Age of Roll completely killed combat and the next update's about to kill PvP in general, with pretty much free arrows and bombs plus no god bubbles. The people developing (and use the word loosely) this game clearly don't play it.
More even they have no care for the PvP scene. They've had YEARS to solve the skybase issue and they never cared. Hacking is rampant and there's no point asking Funcom to sort it out 'cause they basically ask you (5 days later on average) to run an ivestigation for them and you can kiss all your stolen stuff goodbye cuz you ain't getting it back.
It's a cash shop, pretty house-building/dress up game from here on.

ive felt this way since they brought magic into the game, i quit a month or so after. i couldnt imagine trying to play this now. its clear the guys making decisions don't play or care about the game, hope we can somehow get a game close to what this was when it came out, just without gods.
Call me a journalist of sorts. I played this game for content. Most would assume PVP AND RAIDS but I had an agenda, a purpose. I wanted to dive into this world I heard and read so much about, experience it first hand. That way these videos have some actual research and meat on the bones. I feel I have done a damn decent job with my opinions on this channel, maybe not every one being a home run but the from the start my personal goal was to showcase this utter nonsense from a company who can't tell up from down, we know them as Funcom. Even if my small voice goes unheard by the right ears, I am glad people have had a place to share their experiences and opinions.
i just got dev wipe on pve today. all that grinding gone preparing for the 2nd chapter. i'm a solo player with medium base and my base location is not on popular places and not griefing resource. and got dev wipe. im done with this game.
They have to unban everyone and start over and have a dedicated team to really looking into bans there should never be a perma ban for building that’s super stupid
They claim they have a team... Maybe some new hires, management and actual concern for the player base could work too.

A few weeks ago my friends and I received a ban on 1942 I'm assuming cause it doesn't says. We have many servers and thats the only one i can see it being cause it was a decent size base on a pvec server, and not near the biggest 🙄. We've been on that server for more than a year. We sent a message just like yours, and we got the same exact response. We've blocked nothing but trees near spider boss piller and got a 30 day ban with no previous marks on accout ever. All we wanted to know was what server so we could fix it so it doesn't happen again. If they won't give any info atleast just ban the people from that specific server if it's a legit ban. We've learned nothing from the "punishment" and it feels like the're just stealing our money.
What clan were you in 42? They also came to 1516 and wiped 5 clans in one day and banned some for 30 days.
@Philinnor legend rise, I was also on 1516 under the frost bridge but one of us that weren't on 1942 logged into 1516 and took the base down.

You said 30 days for your first ban? Ours was 14 days. I wonder how they decided yours should be 30. The way they do things makes zero sense like wtf.

It sucks when you try to play properly and lose everything because of their flawed system.
Our second base in keyhole had about 6k pieces and blocked NOTHING. Got banned again.

this is b8llshieeet! got my base wiped too (small cave base official pvp), we not raiding any1, only dismantling decaying bases
and still some1 get offended and report
in the same time plenty huge laggy bases on the server (around monuments too), but probably no1 report them (because we are normal people who just playing the game) and this huge alfa clan bases stay intact by year... no1 just cares
Everything you said was true for sure. It just happened to me we reported a clan that was exploiting and they wiped us both we did nothing wrong

I don’t understand how this happens I’m a solo player so I usually spawn like 100 vaults in a area and build massive builds to hide in like IM TALKING ABOUT MASSIVE building like a quarter of a the map and i have never been banned or wiped
And I have had whole clans (supposedly) report me.
I think for what I have seen the reason could be because if your base have one entrance like key hole makes it hard to raid for other clans reason
That’s why all cave like locations you can get banned
Also you can get dev wipe if you build a pillar base

Damn don’t understand why they ban for that on pvp. Can blow everything up. On pve ok, would block content and can do nothing against, but pvp….
They should really focus on cheaters instead and fucking make all thrall spawn areas no build area.
Part of me feels like cheaters get a free pass sometimes.
We started on the server when the bomb dupe exploit was going around. Send in footage showing the names and abuse of it. That whole clan never got banned. After they had wiped the alpha clans, they left and went to the next server. But yes ban us for building. Makes sense.

I accidently build my base over a wolf den i didnt realise i had untill someone told me on the server and thretend to report me. The crazy thing about it is that there is 2 other wolf dens close by that spawn a healthy amount of wolves so its not as if they didnt have access to collecting wolf pets. I think they where angry because my base is 50x50 squares with 16k building pieces. That person hasnt reported me yet but I think they will eventually. PS, never feel guilty for taking a break
depending on what wolf den, there is one that is pretty well known in the pvp servers to be where its super easy to undermesh. They may assumed you're a mesher and threatened to report.
Hopefully nothing comes of it. I saw plenty of massive bases on the server we played on and they never got banned, raided yes but never banned.
I was fighting hackers , they were getting banned and creating new accounts ever day and harassing my friends and I for 2 months, we kept beating them and then they banned US for land claim----- warp your noodle around that

Just because of this bs I did quit Conan month ago. And it was a good decision. Playing ARK is way more fun to me now that it was playing Conan.
The whole system and the way the rules are made never made any sense. From the very beginning, it was rotten.

They seem to hate people who just want to play the game honestly. If you want to cheat, live in the mesh or a sky base, that's okay though.
I think the reality is worst than you think. Let's do some math, shall we? 730 servers online daily. Now let's suppose only a ticket for each at day, in average. The supposed "I work at Funcom customer care assistance for servers" people should be an army to process all these tickets in a fast and efficient way. By the way, if you just check the staff of the game, there's few people's compared to other games. And these are supposed to be essential ppl for the game, developers, graphic artists and so on. How much person's really works in ZD, go and check every ticket, spending time on it? Let's suppose you deliver a fast time into investigate and solve a ticket, let's say 5 minutes. 730 * 5 = 3650 minutes. So 60 hours of work at day. Again, how much ppl you had to employ and pay to correctly manage all this work? I think this is the answer, too many servers, too many tickets daily, so what they do is process a lot of tickets without investigate about. I don't say this is right to do, ofc. Can you tell me I'm wrong for sure?
How about they just not let us build in spots that block resources they don't want us blocking, and remove it from the report section. Problem solved!
It's their job. Not my problem as a player. They should shut more servers down and run a tighter ship with the staff they have available. It's a game you pay for. If this was a free to play game, sure whatever. Funcom is a company and should learn how to properly manage their servers, employees, policies and player base. I have zero sympathy for incompetence.
@@Mahazioth I totally agree with you. If you, as company, want to run and maintain online services, you had to hire enough employees, period. We have seen with the decay timer of thralls, sounds like also they don't have tech's on call on duty during the weekend. So honest I don't expect they are able to proper manage the needs of players on 730 servers. And no, it's not justified at all.

As have I. One clan had both pillars claimed, the whole area walled off and the entire keyhole structure covered in foundations.
My buddy got some nerds ban and wiped for doing exactly that. Two clans got the ban hammer lol
You hit the nail on the head with this video, dumcom are IDIOTS!!! The problem is when they do not explain their logic with their decision for wiping your base and redirect you to a bunch of images that do not represent what you have done. I have had this happen and the same response from dumcom which resulted in some of the clan having perma bans from official servers. I no longer use my account on official pvp servers for this reason as I also play other official pve-c servers and don't want a perma ban on my account. Dumcom really need to wake up to the reality and deal with the real problems on their official servers and that is the numerous hacks and fly/mesh bases on them, I refer to Cerentho's current videos where you see this in full technicolour...gg dumcom
It's mind blowing these issues have been brought up numerous time in threads, videos and even their livestreams. They just silence the people asking or ignore them.
You would think someone who works their would see these errors and point them out so they could be addressed.
I assume the hires that get accepted at Funcom are people who barely made the grade.
What happened to you happened to me, and it made me become a toxic player. I still enjoyed the game, but became careless.

Most servers are dead on PlayStation official. I play on a server with 4 people at most. Yea I build big away from any landmarks. I swear if I get banned on a dying game I will never touch it again 😂 I’m the busiest guy on the server. I work hard for my mats
I became a pixel hoarder. I mean why not, I earned it, raided for it, farmed for it and I deserve to sit in my base and admire all my loots dammit.
You’re not allowed to exceed 10k building pieces. If you go past 10 k it can be bannable. They are absolute assholes and I truly hope nobody supports anymore of their games . Everyone is so angry at them.
Is this 10k building limit somewhere and I missed it? Someone on our server had 30k building pieces and never got banned. We all thought he would get banned first, nope, us.
@@Mahazioth It use to be in the PlayStation rules right where it talks about builds . If it’s not there then they changed it again. We get bans all the time while others seem to never get ban. I have started complaining about the rules being discriminatory. Your truly a hero to everyone going through this and funcom should be ashamed. No matter how careful we try and be we get ban. It’s actually disgusting that they can act this way to paying customers.
It is, and it's something they should take more serious. But they just ignore it and hope to squeeze every penny they can out of this game that is on life support.

Same shit happened to me i still dont know what i did wrong i was in one of those temples next to southern jungle obelisk. Nothing out of the ordinary i just got mass reported after multiple clan tried raiding me and failed 😂 after that my clan just gave up. Please note that 3 clans had under ice vaults 100s of them split between them nothing happened

my god this is just horrible . such a shame the game is really beautifful and has great potential if not for all the bugs to be a great great game ... but instead they decide not to fix anything completely and ignore their players :( so sad .
yes, funkom, it's a bunch of idiots who are murdering their own game just because a few idiots who were crying to block some really great places to build a base destroyed the system of building bases on pillars because a bunch of idiots couldn't raid it, I don't know where and who gives them these stupid ideas but they will kill this beautiful game with every new update
Might as well at this point with less than 10k players actively playing conan, find a good modded server or private server community if you still playing Conan.
My goal of playing on official was for the ability to make these videos and share the stories. I knew in the back of my head, my entire clan did, that this would happen. I just wanted to get my own proof and experiences before making videos on it. I sound like a journalist now...

Keyhole bans are typically a response to blocking the NPC spawns outside the great dam. Sucks, but don't block NPC spawns.

you mean to resist to the 800 bombs that a solo player can do everyday ? or have you never played on a pvp official server ? and you don't think that is was the cheaters living in their skybase that should have been ban ? as they were abusing the whole server as explained in video ? and if you want to know i experienced exactly the same on a pvp server 2 year ago, with a community of 30 legit players ban and erased and the only one left on servers were some people from asia that were using heavy hack to loot and raid and were living in a skybase that was the onlybase admin did not touch, and those players were the only one to still be able to play on this server after the visit of admin. server that 2 years after is still dead, as it never went over 5 players for2 years.

@@MxrcoPoloKG its what i say any player can do 800 bomb alone on a server per day, sp yes it means its easy and i have 13k hours on pvp server offi. its why you need building able to resist a bit to bombing which mean lot of piece, otherwise it is not playable and you will wake up every day in desert. of course i talk of normal player as the video say it people cheating in skybase or mesh don't have problem, but i am legit player.
People used to level the outside of our base on the daily. 6-10k bombs per day. If I had it my way I would have built a God Damn Kingdom at Keyhole.

There are rules on building and locations ...I've been dev wiped and I've changed my building....don't build massive fucking bases. Or block shit or land claim it's that simple.

@@bosshog9185 dont talk of what you don't know, i saw a pvp server joined by 5 chinese using hack to raid everyone and living in a skybase, they reported every legit player for base building on a pvp server and 30 legit players have been ban. when my ban lifted i found their skybase, they were the only players of servers for 2 weeks, they never got any ban or sabtions.. so please go play on your pve server and don't talk of what happens on pvp server where you have no idea of what happens and what is the gameplay needed here. thank you.. and if you want to explain me something, explain me why someone that abused a whole server, made quit 20 players from the game because he was living in a unraidable base in deep undermesh floating skybase wrecking all others homes with no retaliation possible only got a 2 week suspension (same than for a legit player that have no interntion to grief other) when he was caught and for one time a ticket about cheater treated he got same sanction like it was a legit player, in a situation where it account should have been closed..... so please re look video and dont be blind, otherwise go see the picture of the three monkeys : i see nothing, i hear nothing, i say nothing
