How to catch rebellious horses

This group of rescue horses are rebellious and very difficult to catch. I need to teach them to be "caught" and I have to do it by myself in a pasture.. This is how I get that done.

My friends mother used to make these oat and molasses cookies and I had apple trees at home. I never showed up at the barn without treats. My horse got used to that and I also used to cup my hands together and whistle through my thumbs to let her know I was coming. After a couple months of this she would meet me halfway and I'd get on bareback no halter and off we went. RIP Cleo ❤️
