Prichard should get HHH to bring him back
It's even sadder thinking about how underexperienced the wrestlers from team 3d's school were, when you consider what happened to Daffney. Injured to the point she couldn't come back which eventually ended in her suicide.
That's a huge leap your making there you try imply her injury is what lead to her suicide.
@@kevmccormick1767 She said herself, "I'm hurt to the point I will never get back in the ring". Not placing any blame because its wrestling accidents happen.
@@lewisb85 because she said shes hurt and cant get back into the ring, then somehow making out thats the reason she committed suicide.
We will sadly never know the true reasons why she made that choice, as someone that's been through issues with mental health including attempts at suicide, theres could be a whole multitude of reasons or even not even 1 specific reason why one would make that choice, for you to just assume you know what was going through her mind at that time is arrogant and disrespectful tbh.
Also very often when one is going through such a episode, theres is a very good chance they themselves dont even understand the thoughts in their own mind.
@@kevmccormick1767 the bound for glory ppv 2009 dangerous spot (Mick Foley's Idea) gave her a brain bleed and a serious concussion was the main reason why she died.
@@attitudetv92 and how would you know that's the main reason she committed suicide?
I know about the injury, it was a concussion not a brain bleed.
She had bipolar, and she had stopped taking her medications in the lead up to her suicide.
She also believed she had CTE (her brain got tested but cant find if she actually did or didnt) something that happens after REPEATED CONCUSSIONS, so even if that was the reason why she done what she done, it means it couldnt have solely been because of that 1 spot your referring to.
I dont get how people like you can even be so disrespectful to try put it down to 1 single thing.
And no at no point am I even trying to defend tna or anyone, so dont even try make out that's what I'm doing, I just know for a 100% certainty you or the OP don't know for sure why she committed suicide.
After 2 years of watching ya, still look forward to more content from ya. Keep up the good work or I gotta smack for ya
It's too bad TNA was destroyed by this among many other problems around the same time. It felt more different to WWE than aew does for a while and it was more entertaining. This had to be extremely demoralizing for the locker room and it's true the caliber of talent fell as wrestlers knew to avoid TNA.
I remember when this dude showed up to job on NXT in like 2015 and I was stoked he got back in the ring.
Great video and breakdown, hope we see Jesse again some day
Honestly, with the right booking, Sorenson could of really been huge, he's got a huge amount of ability, great at fundamentals, call him the "Perfect Letterman" and keep with his jock gimmick cos you can easily turn that heel, its a damn shame this happened to him
Great video!
I don’t think the bag of crisps will be the next ‘wild slapnuts appears’ but good effort.
A frogsplash crossbody! That used to ve a move in WWE games. Dont think any real wrestlers had it in their move sets though
Never a TNA fan, but based on everything I've heard Dixie Carter is a terrible person and wrestling promoter who treated her wrestlers (especially the lower card guys) like absolute trash. No wonder TNA was never able to get out of first gear.
I’ve only heard of this dude from his injury, did not realize he was as good in the ring as he was.
What was the point of making people excited for Sorensen return if they didn't have any interest in doing it!? It is confirmed that Dixie Carter is downright bad.
i always loved when the hawk calls kid kash an expired packet of walkers crisps, now i never heard of walkers crisps but just looking at Kash, it gives me a broad idea, and it cracks me up, im getting overtime with this video lol
I only vaguely remembered this but damn this is awful tbh.
No controversy on this one, TNA are scumbags for this one
This is what stopped me from watching Impact.
Jesse Sorenson was a good wrestler. Sad TNA acted like cheap jerks.
Not gonna lie, that spinning neckbreaker was kinda clean. Could definitely see that being a setup to a combo
Hey Marky loving the intro song you've been using lately🤘🤘🤘
Y'know I remember back around 2008-ish when TNA was on the rise one of the goons at Pro Wrestling Illustrated wrote something along the lines of 'It's good to see TNA and Dixie Carter are in the black because Dixie is a good person who cares about the people working for her. There may only be enough room in the industry for one Vince McMahon, but there's room for plenty of Dixie Carters'
That really didn't age well.
Wholly Crap!
The ref counts to 10 and Then realizes something is wrong even though dude didn't move a finger the entire time he was being counted out? Atleast he didn't go out there and try to pick him up or something, that would have made things So much worse.
He was moving during the10 count. It’s possible the ref thought he was selling. Around the count of 8 he pretty much stopped moving
@@Markyd123 😨gives me the chills just thinking about that.
Sounds like dude was probably trying to get up and slowly realizing that something horrible just happened because his legs and arms aren't working right.
i hurt my back once and was face down in the snow unable to feel my legs for about 2 minutes and it was awful, i was So Happy to eventually stand back up but afterwards i was stuck in bed for about 9 months before i could start moving around again. If that sensation radiated through my whole body from the neck down it would be a living nightmare for a while.
That is just fucking evil! He should’ve sued TNA for everything they got!
I’d be shocked if I ever saw a video where it’s not a trash fest behind a computer screen.
I wouldn’t even watch wrestling for all that.
worse part is they kept so much ppl they didnt back then they couldve easliy got rid of
Jesse has heart, but unfortunately he didn't have much of a wrestling personality for today's world. Even if he didn't get injured, he would've had to make major changes to himself in order to stand out.
Maybe, the Hawk will autograph a football for me, one day.
It was wrong to fire him when he was injured
The fact Sorensen was willing to work with another B wrestling company after what TNA did to him speaks volumes about his love for the sport
What you mean another B wrestling company?
@@kevmccormick1767 they must mean AEW because hating AEW is "hip" now for some odd reason
@@MasterOfViewership I gathered that just wanted to hear them say it, and also ask exactly why it's a B company.
It's the exact same sorta things people (mostly wwe fans) have said for 30 odd years regarding any time any company other than wwe gets even the slightest bit of attention.
The irony is, if half stuff on aew happened in wee they be shouting how awesome it is, same with the wrestlers if they were in wwe they would be saying how amazing they are but when outside wwe they are vanilla midgets, indy flip flippers, old past it guys, or they cant have a match without all the violence, that same violence they beg wwe to have lol
@@kevmccormick1767 Yeah. That's why it's beyond pathetic
@@MasterOfViewership agreed, its just immature and childish.
Jesse is a great guy, I've spoken to him a few times thru messenger...very humble, very sincere, very honest...one of my favorites and HIGHLY underrated...unfortunately Dixie and TNA screwed him over royally
I vividly remember people blaming and hating on ion for injuring Sorensen back then. What a bunch of idiot marks those were. It was a freak accident, and a spot him and ion did a number of times before.
The sort of irony of Jessie's first win being on the same guy who would end his career for that time.
It was really sad that he seemed to be a bright kid in the wrestling industry and his career got cut short. I dont think he would have been a huge megastar but he would have definitely won some championships if it wasnt for that accident.
Let's just face the facts here, Dixie Carter has no business running a wrestling business. Without her daddy's money, she would have never been in that position. She was a decent lady that Jeff Jarrett met at a P.R Firm. He found out her daddy owned Panda Energy, and 💥.
She kept putting together a bad mix of creative, I mean Cornette, and Russo. She brought in fifty year olds, and thought that she could become WCW version 2.
This story here just sucked. WWE is guilty of many things, AEW has it's problems too. But both would never do this crap. That's the difference between legitimate, and dirt league.
More evidence of Dixie incompetence. TNA should have taken better care of Jesse. I remember he was over with the crowd and he was a new refreshing change they needed. How is TNA still on?
That frog splash during a cross body is something i think Randy Orton did in his early days 🤔
TNA was always horrible company since the start... yeah there were good wrestlers but the running of company was freaking disaster
Maybe healthcare for all that need it? U shouldn't lose everything u own if u get sick or hurt in the greatest place on earth.
This is really cruel. wrestlers need to unionize somehow and own promotions collectively.
Should of just went on with the lawsuit.
All this talk about crunching is getting me hungry.
Yeah 2002 Orton used to do the Flying Crossbody like that.
Swear to god, kid kash died years before this
Markyd123 is no doubt a TNA hard for fan.
Changed my opinion of impact
Dixie probably eating caviar right now
You’re asking me if 2013 TNA made a right decision ? 😂😂
