Twelve per cent released with no homes to go to and thirty seven per cent likely to re-offend. To Me that sounds like a conservative estimate. Having served their time, a prison record will blight their future and give them no incentive to stay on the straight and narrow. I say the issuing of prison records demands a re-think, how about reserving them just for serious offenders such as those commiting sex crimes etc.
@@LadyCleo1 My partial solution isn't perfect by any means but with a current situation that's worryingly far from perfect, I think it's the way to go.
@@HEXiT_If people are permanently branded for the crimes they commited then they have no chance of self reform and a fresh start. Once You've done the time, the punishment should end there rather than be continual. Why shouldn't an EX thief get a job in a stockroom? Is He any less trustworthy than the rest of us who are all potential criminals?
It seems that, in all his time as a prosecutor, Starmer has picked up connections to the criminal underworld and is now doing favours for his underworld friends. It also explains why nothing was done about the grooming gangs and why nothing is being done about the people-smuggling gangs. It's all beginning to add up.
The Prime Minister of Great Britain decided to finally restore order on the streets of English cities, and attracted volunteer assistants for this, meet the patrols on your streets soon!
Absolutely disgusting I have no words it is hard for strong people to comprehend what has happened, did you think about the vulnerable starmer, obvously not.
Why didnt some one tell me 55 years ago, instead of working all my life I could have thrown a brick through a window to get a house , rent and rate free , when I retired?
All to make way for the stupid rioters, no doubt. Without a proper probation service , no doubt some will find it difficult to adjust , get a job, and stay above the law.
To make space for Brenda from accounts for sharing spicy memes.
Another proud day for the Starmarista's .

They have been advised to look for low budget hotels, tax payers will pay
@@LMC5690but the tax payers can't pay the winter allowance?
Very bad move tbh
But you do have space for people not complying with new hate speech/misinformation laws though....
Empty cells for the right wing

A lot of these are sex offenders.
And many will go looking for their victims because they know they won't be locked up for it.
