25:05.. Somehow in the process of behavioural economics coming to mainstream and gaining popularity, the importance of difference in modeling risk and modeling uncertainty was hardly stressed upon. Risk is still at the helm of this subject whereas uncertainty is what we face everyday.

He is terrible at talking. You have to read his books to try to make any sense of what he says.
