But I am referring Study material along revision class and noticed that there is extra topics covered by sir which is not given in ICAI material, such as kaizen costing is of only 2 pages in ICAI mat. please anyone can clarify on this.

Sir one question, in the OEE calculation , for performance calculation we take actual time taken(410 minutes) as what we have used in availability calculation( total time available - planned & unplanned time loss) and our ideal time is 3 mins per unit.
So my question is because there is no recognition of time saved in actual time taken as per formula , it will always show that we have not performed up to the mark, so how should we do such calculation in practical time, should we reduce time saved also from actual time or not ?

Atul Ji, it would have been so helpful for us if you had informed in the notes itself for which short points we have to write our own elaborated notes in exam and for which we don't require to write.
For example... Baldridge performace excellence points don't need us to elaborate in exam but wherein maybe Goldratts 5 Steps to remove bottle neck might required elaboration... We will know in exam that we need to explain this in our own words.. This is final touch missing for students in the notes and many times i get confused should i refer SM or not...
Eg:- if in 6 C's if it's known to us for this we either need to refer SM for ellaboration or We need to write on own words would have very full....

look if you have sufficient time then obviously you should make your own notes and refer study mate or along with his notes you can refer studymate ...i don't have much time so refer his notes ..and approx 90 percent cover in his notes

Total time available = Total Time - Planned downtime

I have a doubt with the Overtime wages. Case digest Delight engineers Solutions question. Here they have not mentioned minimum contracted hours, so technically we should be taking only Premium amount and not OT Wages + Premium right? But the answer has taken both & computed the cost under JIT!
