It looks like you missed the eddy when you said "shit." and then missed the low brace and that little hole opened up and swallowed you. lol. Glad you didn't get pulled through the paw. You might have been pinned! I can't remember what the other routes are called on cats paw. How's the dry suit and gloves working out?
So many missed things lol. I started way to right and then it pushed me left away from the eddy but I went all the way over the the side channels and then I thought the hard part was over and it wasn’t I should have been paddling I eve know better! Next time I will get it! Swim was fine dry suit was good a little bit of moisture through the relief zipper nothing to worry about though. Not super in love with the gloves I need a smaller size.
