Help me out here. It seems like conflicting information. The image shows the baby bar contained with the range of the high nd low.... he says the baby bar should be contained with the BODY of the mother bar. Which is it? Should the baby bar be contained within the high and low? Or within the body of the mother candle? Thank you!

All other Inside bar videos I've watched say it has to be between the high and low of the mother bar not just the body. There's an illustration at the start of the video clearly showing this, guess you just missed seeing that.
