'Parsi' is a religious group who are superior to the Vadari people or the stonemasons.
The poet refers to the statue of a parsi to show that how much effort the stonemason women had to put in for the sake of others. These stonemasons get exhausted in the process and die unnoticed, even though their creations remain.
