AFAIK GN Swords with green edges (same material as GN Condensers) are made during A-LAWS time, starting with the GN Katars. Perhaps, the GN Luster Sword having green edge is a retcon that it is a prototype of the GN Katars, which means it might have worse issues than the latter, which is already a problematic weapon (they're able to fully iron out the problems starting with the GN Sword III)

im pretty sure this is a complete figure since its part of the robot tamashii metal build lineup, no need to build/assemble/painting for this version of Gundam Exia.

The "metal build" line are assembled and painted figures made with plastic and a metal frame, they're pretty damn awesome but kinda expensive.
