What a coincidence ! Just finished my solo play of Kanban EV as well... got fired in the 2nd weekly meeting (another big meeting was about to happen the next turn also), I messed up my strategy because Sandra and Lacerda/David were always blocking the spots I needed ! Especially to take car parts in the warehouse and to the R&D to take cars... I know I should use +2 spots but sometimes the game is against you, nothing you can do :D great game btw
Do the solo meeples and cards come with the game? I have been looking at the official rules online and I do not see the components for the solo meeples nor the cards nor the rules, but yet the box indicates 1-4 players. I don't want to purchase the game thinking I'm going to get the solo stuff and then find that they are not in there.
Another great vide Tom, but just curios, rules on page 3 Working Phase state that as first action they advance one on training track of their current department but I did not see you do that. Am I reading rules incorrectly? Thanks

Hi Andrea! As Tom said they should always train first before taking actions. It was mentioned in the Klingon subtitles at 37:26, but if it happened before that please give me a timestamp and I will get a note added.

Just a little item: Shouldn't Tom have one carpart from start?? Thought you were to get the part that was not represented in logistics when doing the setup...?
This is such a great game, my first Lacerda! Just a couple of things I noticed: I didn't see you check (at least on camera) for recycling at the end of each day. And at around 30:57 when Lacerda upgraded a design - he also got certified within this turn, so shouldn't he have upgraded another design? (I'm not sure on this myself) Thanks
Hello! There is already a note in Klingon subtitles at 35:16 when recycling could have happened for the 1st time. I have added a note on your 2nd item. Thanks for catching that! :)

It was all in the box in my copy :) it might be because the solo stuff is in a separate rulebook, possibly the appendix?

Thanks Vincent! Yeah they have their own discard and the selection cards get reshuffled when the deck empties
Solo is brutal! Getting fired every first week. But in easy sandra mode i score 100+.

When Lacerda is certified in RnD he would upgrade two parts per turn...
