    How do you pitch the actual content generation? Do you produce it yourself or require them to give you content to use? (Pics/videos of their work etc) is there a cost difference you charge between the 2?

    Wouldn't showing them your targeting give away how you do what you do and could cut you from getting repeat business, as they could take that and have someone in-house to use what you showed them?

  • @treemendousdigitalmarketin3353
    @treemendousdigitalmarketin3353 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Thank you for your generous transparency of your insight and process. When you say that you try to close the prospect in the first meeting.... Does that mean that you come prepared with a contract, and require payment up front... How do you price your services if you are learning about their business on the fly in that first meeting? Isn't part of the pricing formula the Lifetime Customer Value?

    Hey Jordan, since you posted this video in 2018 and obviously a lot of time has been gone. I am quite observant and I saw the businesses you were managing during the video tutorial (it is on the top right corner of your fb page) as well as the dental example you showed (the name was actually visible quite briefly). I went to their fb pages and saw that none of them are currently running ads. Did you stop providing them your service?
    Note: I am a big fan and I am watching all your videos since you have started. Also purchased your 15-minute agency. Great value!

    Love it, but here where I live very few businesses actually do paid adds on Facebook, what would you do as far as the comparison rap in that case? Like I live near New York City. I am sure I can find a ton of examples there. Thoughts?

  • @socialconstructsmedia5805
    @socialconstructsmedia5805 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    How did you pull up the examples of the targeting info? The one you use in your document that shows the area, age, likes and such? Is that just an analytics option on my own FB ad manager account or do you pick a specific page?

  • @charliewhite578
    @charliewhite578 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    how can I find businesses which are currently using facebook ads to compare posts during the meeting? I've been looking for a while in the searchbar for dentists near me to find which ones are and aren't and can't seem to find any who are at all. And although this poses as a really good opportunity to make some money, this step seems to have became a wall instead of a step.

  • @PaulRacko2
    @PaulRacko2 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Jordan, why are you going for engagement on these ads rather than leads? Wouldn't dentists prefer prospect leads over vanity metrics such as likes and shares?

    • @JordanPlatten
      @JordanPlatten  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on the client, this video was specifically a restaurant if I remember correctly? Although social proof is very important, I agree leads would be much more important for a dentist.

    If you show them that their post is great and you show them targeting. Aren't they thinking. ''Ok, he showed everything, why should i pay 2k bucks per month, we can do ads ourselves.'''

    • @Propertywithscottie
      @Propertywithscottie 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey, yeah I thought the same thing and this is what I found from Facebook's ads policy.
      ''19. Personal Health
      Policy
      Ads must not contain "before-and-after" images or images that contain unexpected or unlikely results. Ad content must not imply or attempt to generate negative self-perception in order to promote diet, weight loss, or other health related products."
      I think in the Dentist Niche, and its not promoting health related products rather a dental service, I think it's OK.
      ps. Please correct me if I'm wrong as I have a meeting in a week's time with a Dentist!
