I don't think that many mention the fact that Adam Rupp is master at creating the perfect percussion line -- more than his ability to make the sounds, but the ability of choosing the right sounds needed to make the song go from good to great.

When they did this live, before they had Chance (other Adam) they made a little skit out of it, and Tim went really low. There is even a concert where he went so low the speaker gave up, There is video of that,
Tim blew speakers more than once with this song 😂🥴😅‼️ I think they’ve finally got a set of super duper heavy duty ones now….as at their concerts he does some Awesome LOW notes …SO FUN ‼️‼️‼️…vibrates your buns …&, last time my hair tingled 😳🙃‼️

Like Geoff from VP, Tim has some great solo stuff, especially doo wop, and well worth the listen to appreciate his great range. I love this version so much! And I’m going to be walking around trying to do that click roll now… 😂 ❤️🎶
This is the first of three videos they've released in a row (the last three with Austin in it, the other two are Champagne Taste and Crazy Life) and is one they've performed for years live (ever since the Sing-Off at least), but never had a proper video before. In the past it's been a pure Tim lead and it's great they gave a part to Chance, who's a fantastic bass as well and not only a baritone, and gave the whole old routine a nice change. Concerning the Adams: the beatboxer's last name is Rupp, the guy who shared some of the lead with Tim is Chance (went by Chance ever since he joined Home Free to avoid confusion) and the new guy goes by Bastien (full last name Bell-Bastien, pronounced Basteen) - not in this video. As there are now 3 Adams in the group, all three go by their last name. I had to laugh when you said that a singer wants to rush out the last notes at the end before they run out of breath. You should react to Understand (a Home Free original). I'm not sure when Tim was able to take a breath during his part or if he really had to do all of it in one go. It's one of my favourite originals of theirs. Remember My Name is another one (though without the breathing problem). Thanks for the reaction and analysis.

Their lead vocalist, Floor Jansen, is a classically trained soprano and throws in some opera here and there. She did have a year of opera training but did not persue it as a career. If youd like, please try Ghost Love Score Live from Wacken 2013 by Nightwish. I really think youll love it and love analyzing Floor's voice! They are one of the tightest live bands I've seen and one of my favorites. Live is always the way to go with them as they are amazing live, and they dont have many film clip type videos.
