Yes, you can freeze people out of certain ults with her Right click (Wanda, Spider-Man, and a couple others)

yeah its weird as its not all of them sadly. I think Punisher and Spidey recently got changed so you can't freeze em anymore

really enjoying the game so hard to say how long it'll last for. I thought The Finals was gonna last and look at that hahaha. OW i think is still superior but I think this is a step up from Paladins
