    Im not a huge fan of infantry decks but you cant denie how good the British SAS are, incredible infantry unit.

    Great video, lots of interesting information. I main this deck and run a few things differently and just had some questions. I should mention first I mainly just play 2v2 with friends so there is the obvious problem of our playstyles sort of just melding together and playing around eachothers weaknesses instead of what's best in the game. The two biggest differences would be with supply, I tend to run FOB and chinook, FOB is because me and my friends play slow and we tend to start running out of stuff. With the chinook I see the speed and more supply as being a lot more worth it with the downsides being fewer and vulnerability, is there any other reasons why the bedfords would be better. The other main difference was in arty, Im a huge fab of the M107A2 with it being self propelled I just have a much easier time firing quickly and relocating as soon as its done. I still run the towed but my biggest problem with them is probably just a huge skill issue but I have a tough time getting them hooked back up to the trucks. after the first truck hooks on I always have to highlight the free truck and then click on the untowed gun itself instead of the icon. Should I just run them as individuals instead of in pairs like I do to fix that or is there just a button im missing.

      Regarding FOBS, that's up to you and your playstyle.
      I will note if I see you have a FOB in a small team game I (and most people) will arty it into oblivion ;)
      But if it works for you then stick with it.
      Regarding towed arty, there is a hot key now for linking them back up when you highlight multiple units, but I tend to keep them spread out and move them after they shoot individually even without towing them again.
      I don't place too much value on those arty pieces, to me they are just an aid to other units (a bit like towed mortars). So if they die to counter battery I am not overly fussed.
      Play style is important with any deck building.

    How do we know which plane drops bombs from height and which ones dive bomb? Is that listed anywhere or known off experience? Obviously the LGB's will drop from height, I was wondering about the u guided bombs when talking about the Jaguar

      Experience and any I don't know I check on war-yes.com they have it on their unit cards. Says normal or diving.

    I like most of the choices here but I think it's usually important to take some heliborne infantry, but maybe not so much for a team deck I guess? I think you need some assault infantry, too - Airmobiles are expensive because of their strong AT but they don't get the assault tag, so they're pretty cost-inefficient in urban combat. Also, I'm surprised to see no M107s, I'd think those would be even more useful in team games.
    I feel like a lot of 2nd's infantry is supposed to be good because of how many MGs they get, but infantry squad MGs are still scuffed and barely do anything, especially compared to the same MGs in teams and vehicles. Most of their multi-MG squads have gotten big price cuts but they're still not really worth taking.

      For a Ranked deck I would certainly consider taking something in helos for quick response.

    2nd is fun to play
    Interesting to see the airmobile get a veterancy buff, it didnt really seem justified to have them cost more than rifles when theyre essentially the same unit

      Yeah they have a good mix, some people play them a lot, I have never tried them in ranked, but played them quite a lot in team games.
      I often think other than a few patches its mainly 1st Armoured that gets played in ranked.

    AS someone who mains this deck id recommend a few changes 10v10/1v1/4v4 are all different game mode you might want a different deck build.
    SAS- saxon 100% its 8km faster come in a 3 vet and has really good off-road. its a race at the start and this is as fast as ground gets.
    Assault pioneers are more cost effect than airmobiles when a AT weapon isnt needed id recommend one of these even though grenades are bad.
    Jagers are a 11man squad for 50 points just all rounders but GERMAN so you cant larp. so terriers fill a similar niche (they do the dying the other valuable inf do the killing)
    Scouts take in the heli, those are extremely good at nabbing choke points and buying time with the law till the SAS arrive.
    Rapier FSA currently AA is mega powerful take both cards at max vet and enjoy. While the SAS are god tier these guys fill mid game and def locations.
    Take the lynx Hellarm at max vet possible they arnt useful enough that your going to want loads but when you need them you want them to hit.
    If 10v10 dont take the phantom simply put the other 9 decks on your team will be better and you have the SAS to cover your airspace. the Tornado is much more valuable in that instance as its your only group killer.
    Depending your your style a chinnock supply is extremely useful supply is king and this means you can heal more units and fire more arty as who takes FOBS. keep them off the line use them the resupply your bedford supply trucks.

      One of my fav things to do in this deck in 10v10 is to turn it into air assault everything you possibly can goes in a helicopter.
      the Harriers allow for you to control the airspace for cheap at the start of a game so use them to protect some really aggressive landings.
      Use the scouts to secure landing zones, my fav is airfield for this both flanks are good but we know Golf is the best side for it.
      SAS up next to join them securing the airspace and helping defend ground.
      then Airmobiles and assault pioneers to push forward.
      next wave should be Millian 2s secure your advance vs armour.
      and at a similar time your ground units should arrive, bring a bedford supply as there's gonna be a lot of healing and ammo.
      Its a common POV that helo inf isn't worth it, its a bigger upfront cost but as soon as your first wave is done you going to be selling the units a lot faster than ground units and in some cases you cant even sell the ground unit. (i don't know why you can't sell the saxon thanks Eugen.) So past 4 mins into a game your gonna be cycling points pretty quickly its just Helos are more vulnerable to attack. At the moment AA kills planes that try it so its only AA you need to worry about and just don't take risks use the LOS tool to learn safe lines and approach the last 100/200m on foot. If unsure use a gazelle to test the path or an empty transport.

    maybe infantry wombat instead of terriers AT? same AP, but with longer range

      Terriers AT is a larger squad and has some combat capability so I prefer those myself.
      Wombat can be annoying but its still only a 2 man squad and does not have the same flexibility due to being a purely one trick pony.

    Sadly now with the increase in price for the SAS, I find they’re not a very strong starting unit but a very solid flank abuser for the mid game

    was wondering when you realize that the M48 is German as well, and yes - I was :D
    you will still end up adjusting the decks as balancing progresses and meta changes, so eh.. might as well take the Germans, why not..

    The SAS units are so annoying to fight against. Their AA downed so many of my choppers. Sneaky bastards 😂
