The little wooden thing is a plaque that goes over a light switch. Back I the seventies colonial decor was a thing. People would have plastic greenery in those colonial style switch plates… they typically would have a maple finish.

Did you pick up those plaques/tiles to hang on your fence? Over the last few weeks I found a square one and recently 2 round ones. I repainted the round ones to match. They are going to hang on the deck this spring🪴
