Never leave a gas pump nozzle unattended! I've had the auto shutoff fail on me several times!
And STAND in a pool of gas discussing the pump problem
there is a reason they can't be left unattended in much of the world - the shutoff is a nice extra safety measure but isn't 100% reliable so yeah, always pay attention. It doesn't take long anyway.
I've yet to see the auto shutoff work for the actual gas tank. Have only noticed it work when it reaches the amount paid.
I can relate to the dude with the roof collapsing under him. I was working for a contractor removing electrical and plumbing fixtures from a mansion that had been torched by an arsonist. I was removing an electrical subpanel from the third floor (thank God) when a wrecking ball came through the wall taking out the stairs. I was left hanging by the power cable to the subpanel! The contractor neglected to tell the demolition team I was in the building. I never worked a job for him again as he thought the situation was hilarious! When I told him off he said next time I'll give you a hard hat and tossed me a hard hat!😮
The smashed camper owner was thinking "Safety First" when he mounted that fire extinguisher on the wall.

Possibly she got her fingers in before he thought about it, maybe he thought he could actually talk with her about whatever it was first and she'd act sensibly. And then he didn't want to risk her suing him. And hopefully the woman ended up paying for that... at least he got her doing it on film. No matter how that had started her behavior was damn stupid.
I'd rather like to find out the rest of that story, not just that short clip.

The fire hydrant didn't "break down", it is being purged for maintenance. There are reasons that you are not allowed to park in front of a fire hydrant, and this is one of them.
You cut out the absolute best footage of the Moran tug captain spinning the tug around and backing down on that push tug and holding in place in that current. while the tow line was hooked. A tremendous effort. I bet that captain gets a nice bottle of bourbon yearly
