Agree. I main dps a Rogue. Most fun class in any game. NW should really utilize the trap skill more, there's really no reason for a rogue to disarm dungeon traps when they don't really do anything and everyone can see them in the first place and walks right over the top 😆The Neverwinter Nights game let the rogue actually set traps and then you could un-stealth and aggro all the enemies into the traps you set.😈

I main DC and I agree! It does annoy me when people constantly slide out of my heals but I try to adapt to them. IF they are SO erratic that I can't land heals, I switch it up to Healing Word, Mark them for healing and use Intercession for them when possible. I've been healing through several MMOs and enjoy being a good healer and love the rare compliments PUGs sometimes drop.
Rogues are lame because they are actually some kind of magicians disguised as physical fighters. More than half of their overall damage is caused by bleeds, ticks and absurd numbers of damage buffs. Just look at their encounter tool tips, it's all like: "This attacks will hit all enemies within 500 feet, dazing, stunning and poisoning them, dealing 50x400 magnitude damage per second. Each time an enemy gets hit, you gain 20 stacks of rogueish dominance increasing all your stats by 50% per stack and increase your damage by 250%. When used in stealth you will be automatically put on top of the damageboard and receive 5 coalescent motes." Barbarian encounter tool tips be like: "deals physical damage". That's why we have to go where the fight takes place to do damage as it's supposed to be in real physical combat.
Galactic likes edgy (rogue) and manly (fighter) but hates warlock because he can't reach that level of edgyness, and hates the barb because he can't reach that level of manlyness! Joking asides, I mained a cleric for a while, but I don't like the class, it's very boring to play imo. I will give a ranking on parangons, because why not? 1 - Love: Barb Sentinel, Warlock Soulweaver, Pala Justicar. I love to play support, and I feel they have a very good identity through class mechanics, that make for an enjoying gameplay. They are weak though (as of now) 2 - Kinda love: Bard (both paragons), fighter dreadnought, ranger switch stance. Same as above but not as supportive, or a bit too much to handle for bard healer. For ranger, I think both paragons have the option of building around stance switching, and I really like the idea of switching between range and melee, so it works on some builds but not all of them. 3- No opinion because I never played them: rogue, wizard, pala oathbound. 4- Kinda hate them: cleric arbiter (clunky and hard, no identity), fighter vanguard (why use any other tank? It's easy mode), barbarian blademaster (a bit too simplistic, but good identity) 5- Hate them: cleric devout (boring most of the time, or the whole survival of the group depends on you. And no identity), ranger single stance (you have 6 encounters but only use 3? That's dumb), warlock hellbringer (compared to soulweaver, you lose a lot of identity, and class mechanics are hard to understand. Also I don't like pets, I would rather not have a soul puppet) 6- Completely despise them and wish they would uninstall: none, I'm a nice guy! Maybe elitist pricks though...

paladin back in the old days Oath of devotion is a F*CKING OVERPOWERED, you can literally dps while healing everyone plus your dmg is actually good that can out dps some classes. also barbarian (GWF) in the old day......they're literally all class in 1, tank, heal, dps..... we know every MMO will have this the 1 class that can do everything
Is very difficult to hate the Fighter class... Times were very difficult for this class since module 16 when the rascality began. Even so, I never lost faith, and now, 3 days ago, my fighter Exgardian completed 8 years, and is in a good position, with decent damage and tanking like an iron wall.
Thank you, i had a good laugh at it, so much thuth about some players, as a cleric the only class i strugle to heal is the ranger, usually i can predict where everyone is going to move and heal just fine, but the ranger man, he goes backwards and my bastion lands somewhere else, good times !
My favorite is warlock my main character even when I couldnt get into dungeons bc everyone wanted 2 clerics for power sharing I have leveled every class to 70 but cleric just couldnt get it. Stopped leveling around 25 so I dont like the cleric. I hardly play but when I do it is my warlock. Very funny VID :)

Rogue is the second coolest class to pvp with imo Fighter revels in being a bull in a china shop hahaha yeah fighter combo is so amazing. Started playing it because robb kept charging my rogue and it looked fun as hell. Never looked back, the combo is too fun. The fighter vs fighter 1v1 pre mod 18 was probably my favorite thing in the whole game.
So I'm sure no one cares but heres how I stand with the classes(not forgetting majority of the time it's about the player and not class though it helps) rouges are high risk high reward, great DPS and overall great. Wizards have there brain dead high DPS and then slightly more skilled then fire side, overall lowest skill requiment for high DPS. This is similar to the cleric lowest skill ceiling but these classes are important, a great player does great. Then the fighter has the best group utility out of the tanks, best agro and durability, then the DPS side are great st with giant hits. The palis have issues with dying not agro, great durability (Pali tank I run with takes hypos from mdwp without blocking). Bards are they're to buff not heal, it's an option but they have the best group utility after mod16. A DPS that does well in 5 man and the best In trails sadly it relies on the many bugs that still exist (the bard is my main). Rangers I can't speak much on but with a mix of ranged and melee and all there encounters they do well, but god my thumbs would hurt playing one. Barby's were my first love it's high risk without the high reward of a rouge, at they do well, aoe hold Ur at will button down, Barby tanks are least useful out of em all and take high skill to play without the beifit of the others. Warlocks are some the best aoe DPS, the benefit of being ranged and the healer side has the best healing in the game but that's if Ur team works with u. Like I said no one might care and it's about the player a good player can make a Barby tank work great a bad player could fuck up on a cw. This is based on how it is now as I wasn't around for long before mod 16 and I'm mentioning more in current times, shoulda also said thanks Gu for Ur thoughts

Only "pointer" from a healers perspective, they are wrong when they tell u to stand still, i always say, when in need of healing, get close to your healer, that is all!! Prevents them/us from having to be rushing left n right all over the darn place & makes aims 200% easier. Another one when playing with me personally, i solo so much content i die with a passion and tell my groups not to take things personal if i die by going the wrong way or rushing on ahead. It is my own fault when i die that way, nobody elses and i feel like its a force of habit after having wasted more hours in any bit of content compared to most other players. I loved all classes when I started Neverwinter in mod 12b all the way through until mod16. From mod16 through to current, I hate them all. All classes were so powerful in the right hands with the right support group. Now you gotta have the actual meta classes to play effectively or even get in runs. I had to put my Guardian Fighter down and bury it because I couldn't get runs as a DPS and by no means do I want to sit there and be a punching bag Tank after hitting 100+ Million encounters or atwill one phasing Orcus so I had to build my CW and HR. I only still play this game as in my opinion it's still the best mmo for combat and fuck me it's free to play
My MOST hated class is twofold, 1. The ''Dev'' class, because they are a bunch of crayon eating halfwits 2. The ''Cleric'' and you covered that pretty efficiently

Lol I've left the game years ago but I still remember how I was unkillable with my full hp perma bubble paladin in PvP and soloing all endgame dungeons for hours. It was still not that bad in DPS too. It was literally broken class and I've milked for years to be frank. But damnation SW was more broken thank Pally. There was one damnation build that you hit few burst skills to bosses and they was literally melted when you combine puppets with Orcus set around Mod 10. Checking some videos and seeing there's no way to play the game anymore without special builds, seems like all classes have one meta build. I also remember I've built DoT focused DPS cleric and when I combine with Plaguefire enchantment I could get kills while opponent escape through to get healed from bridge in PvP map after almost a minute.
BTW I'd like to see PvP oriented NW video too. If there's good PvP environment anymore I'd like to turn and check the game again. Actually bad PvP stuff was the reason that I've left the game.

The only one I really hate is the barb tank. The spastic kiting means they will constantly be blowing CA for everyone if not actually turning the mobs towards the DPS. Absolute pork chop class.
Interesting Vid lol. I do like for bad or for good, you get people talking. LOL For me Its the people and you have them, in every category, but some classes just make it easy for jerks to shine.. RANGER, Warlock ,and Wiz seem to be the " ohh here let me just steal your aggro by dumping everything I have at 1 time then complain because they actually get it . Even if it is just for a split sec they are like "you couldn't keep aggro". SO yeah there are at a 5-6 ish, but more so those people. FIGHTER is a I'll think about taking your aggro but then i really dont want it and back off. I can't really haré any class because the PVP ist dead years ago but i remember the walet like almost all games of this kind defeat skills

Ranger was my first class, i never play it any more, but i do kinda miss buffing HR just like i miss buffing GF

Right there with ya with wizards getting too big for their britches and forgetting where they came from. That player base took worst spot from barbis, who were just as intolerable for the longest time.

Lol I've left the game years ago but I still remember how I was unkillable with my full hp perma bubble paladin in PvP and soloing all endgame dungeons for hours. It was still not that bad in DPS too. It was literally broken class and I've milked for years to be frank. But damnation SW was more broken thank Pally. There was one damnation build that you hit few burst skills to bosses and they was literally melted when you combine puppets with Orcus set around Mod 10. Checking some videos and seeing there's no way to play the game anymore without special builds, seems like all classes have one meta build. I also remember I've built DoT focused DPS cleric and when I combine with Plaguefire enchantment I could get kills while opponent escape through to get healed from bridge in PvP map after almost a minute.
BTW I'd like to see PvP oriented NW video too. If there's good PvP environment anymore I'd like to turn and check the game again. Actually bad PvP stuff was the reason that I've left the game.
@@vi.mithridates10 nah man pvp died years ago ! nobody plays anymore. they let it out to dry and people just stopped playing, combine that with a much lower populartion then you see how dead it is. i remember the warlock one shotting with puppet, been playing since beta! good old times haha

The hatred u charge against the warlocks will be consumed by them making them even stronger or smth idk. im a warlock it was my 1st class i like it but now at least i know why ppl ignore me when i say inv XD

The only one I really hate is the barb tank. The spastic kiting means they will constantly be blowing CA for everyone if not actually turning the mobs towards the DPS. Absolute pork chop class.

Interesting Vid lol. I do like for bad or for good, you get people talking. LOL For me Its the people and you have them, in every category, but some classes just make it easy for jerks to shine.. RANGER, Warlock ,and Wiz seem to be the " ohh here let me just steal your aggro by dumping everything I have at 1 time then complain because they actually get it . Even if it is just for a split sec they are like "you couldn't keep aggro". SO yeah there are at a 5-6 ish, but more so those people. FIGHTER is a I'll think about taking your aggro but then i really dont want it and back off. Rogue are the here hold my beer ill take the aggro and then give it back because I have to get my daily allotment of rolls in so they are , and bards well they usually are like " dude i was still jammin did i miss something? 1, rogue, wiz, and pally 2, bard 3 and really do you have anything higher for the barbs? I mean they are basically yall stay back i got this then a sec later dead-- The tank sucks, the healer is awful and you dps are too slow as you mentally see them stomping out in a tantrum.
