Some months ago css cm posted on linkedin how some woman player had 99 percent accuracy basically simping for her. I asked them you will consider this cheating if the player was niemann. They didn't reply 😅😅😅
Yeah, the games look nothing like engine games, his mistakes for example look very logical from a human perspective. And chesscom going quiet not even trying to justify their decision isnt a great look either.
I believe he didn't cheat his games were too normal like it were logical and findable the psychological effect from opening probly the reason danya lost
Could you imagine popularizing a new opening and getting ostracized from the community by the corporate gatekeepers, so that already well off people could take your idea and make more money with it...
all online games work like this Blizzard Entertainment said it best If you look like your cheating then you will be banned. you maybe legitimate player but for the life and fair game play a few legitimate player may get ban. Key takeaway if your good you might not be showing off on new account. I've made new account and have walked in to tournament owning it and have been ban. but my main account my old account can do the same and not get a ban.
But its not an anonymous account. He verified his identity with the site and got the GM tag on it. They shouldnt be treating it like a random newbie acct.
Of course he wouldn’t. Online games you lose a few pointless internet points over the board it has a lot more meaning to it. Blitz games also have increment over the board to prevent piece smashing which reduces the stress.
The question is, is the ridiculous and out of this world, or out of Viih_Sou's mind chess new sensation opening really that good? We have got to find out or forever hold our peace. And we're in luck, for the current strongest chess engine Stockfish 16.1is willing to lend its exceptional deep knowledge in chess, so that it can confirm the validity or lack of it, the strange joke or rather, the bizarre opening of Viih_Sou aka Brandon J, courtesy of Andrew Hong. To be honest with you, I thought that was a very entertaining spectacle by Viih_Sou versus Danya. Somehow I do want to see more of those bizarre openings in serious tournaments, both online and in person, just to be entertained. By the way, I felt affected upon hearing or reading rather, that Brandon is having heath issues. Bro, sincerely, get well soon.
Two things. 1. He keeps saying this move is dumb, I know for a fact I've seen Magnus Carlsen use this a handful of times and he's the best chess player ever apparently. So is it really that dumb? 2. There's nothing cheating about it. It's a legal opening. I'm not a grandmaster or anything, but I've used this a bunch against people, along with plenty of other weird random openings. Chess can get really stale sometimes when you're playing the same systems over and over again. It's nice to throw a little chaos into the mix. I've won plenty of games with a mix of a little skill and throwing weird random shit at people, including this opening.
I can hardly understand the narrators weak little voice. You need to project, use your diaphragm and say your words clearly if you talk on videos, bro. I'm trying to help you.
Money talks. It's not at all strange to anyone that almost immediately after his check cleared, Magnus retired from classical tour chess... and all of this crazy stuff surrounding chess is only really as old as play Magnus. This falls into the bucket of, "Don't rock the boat." I assume that opening wasn't in the engine, and that's why he got banned... he lost them money.
All these pro GM's think only they can win, if others win they are cheating.
This is why I play in lichess. Chesscom felt like they had to do something and banned the dude.
real
This is why you play in lichess, so you can cheat in peace and mess up someone's tournament placement even if you get banned afterwards.
@@AlwaysForgets hm but nobody does tournaments in lichess anyways idk
The dude was an obvious cheater!
Are you really supporting a cheater? Idiot!
Crazy how quickly this story blew over
1.A4 2.Ra3 is a bad opening....or is it?*vsauce music*
Vih souce*
@@BedroFun no need to correct him, its correct anyway
For real, i don't think that Brandon was cheating, obviously why would he ruin his reputation for these games and not the less he is a grandmaster.

hans said he will pay 10k to charity for a rematch in the same opening
Moral of the story: Don't Mess With Big Chess
Evil chess mafia stays winning
Moral : do not cheat, asholes !
I didn't even know about this! Love the unorthodox opening employed by Brandon.
I believe he didn't cheat his games were too normal like it were logical and findable the psychological effect from opening probly the reason danya lost
So, I spent several days preparing white and black lines with this opening. I am slaying. 300 point increase from 1250 to 1550 blitz.
Good one. The Cochran gambit is another one that's tricky as well as the Stafford gambit.

Reason for ban... fair play... but it was fair play. Exactly, we just don't like you.
I'm here after watching the Hans interview with Daniel yesterday. Very interesting
On April 25th 2024 the aliens came back to take Brandon home. 👽

Has Brandon ever played this over the board, if not i would be very suspicious.
