I've read the Secret History when it was first published in the 1990's and it became immediately my favorite book then and I've reread it just this January and it still is my favorite book of all time. The prose of Donna Tartt is so outstanding, no other dark academia book I've read since is a match. If We Were Villains comes close, though. Good for you that you chose to buy these two. That is a proper Colonel Mustard in the library candle stick 😂 It could be brass, but regardless it's a lovely find. If We Were Villains is like dark acedemia for theatre kids, and if you're not into that, the characters can be kind of grating

It amaze me how all of them were in good conditions. In Spain, when you buy a book from Amazon, it always comes in bad conditions.
