If there was any doubt about your tech skills, that first section of trail killed that noise. Outstanding riding, DD, when someone with your ability has to encourage themself through tech, you know it's a tough trail.
I like how he says "c'mon Dave" each time he does something that could end sketchy but nails it anyway. To become a legend in anything in life, you must be your biggest fan. Dave is a legend in the making 🔥
Watching Dave’s videos makes me a better rider! At 62 I ride nothing as technical as this because of where I ride and yep, being 62 however I’m amazed at the tips I pick up that work for me! You’re the best Dave! Keep it up!
Honestly Dave the skill on display in these trail videos is just insane, you truly are the most inspirational trail rider out there dude. Absolutely smashing it fella!
Trails like that need signs that say, "Experienced Riders with balls of steel, wrapped in carbon fiber, with a layer of titanium Only". I am continually amazed at the Trails Canadians build.
Great video! Just bought my first mountain bike today after watching your channel for a while. Can’t imagine I’ll be trying what you do for a while but I can’t wait to get started. Only ever had a road bike.
Mountain biking is a blast, but 99% of people would straight-up kill themselves trying the things Dave does flawlessly. Just, uh, take it slow and steady, eh?
Sunshine coast woodwork is something else. I remember being stumped as to how steep roll downs were even on blues. Like, steeper than most "black" features on the shore.
I got caught up on my bashguard on the feature at 1:30 last time i rode it hahah be rad to see some of the stuff lower down given a freshen up! so much fun
Dave you should try coming out to Bentonville, it’s pretty tame compared to BC but I think it would be pretty interesting to see what you think of it. I personally love the trails here
From an old dude in the UK to a young talented dude in Canada just awesome riding i quite enjoy watching your video,s they never fail to keep me on edge, can you get any better hmm please prove me right all the best.
I was wondering what fender you are running and where to get it also, will you do a bike check so we can see all the upgrades since you have gotten the bike.
You got to keep the videos interesting so you usually should cut out the climb, but there is a LOT of climbing in BC, a lot of it being just boring steep gravel roads.
I had a serious back injury a couple of years ago. Any suggestions on brand and models of spine protection, also any other body armor suggestions would be great. Dave you ride a serious level. Great skills. Take care
That is one CrAzY ass trail, talk about no rest between features, very well ridden Dave, super impressive. Curious what camera or settings you used this time, as quality doesn't seem to be up to your usual or maybe it was much darker than looked?
This video is best viewed on a small screen 😜. I wasn't sure whether to post this footage because the quality is terrible, but this trail might not last long enough for a redo and i was happy with my run so I figured what the heck.
Glad you posted it, was just curious about it as it wasn't your usual quality, so wasn't sure if something happened on your end or YT did some funky crap, as usual.
"Rock, rock, across to the skinny, keep the back tire dry... ' Fucking amazing bro! Your technical riding skills are unbelievable. All that crazy stuff seemingly without ever setting a foot on the ground. Where is the bowing emoji? I'm not worthy! Thanks for the video.
I think I missed my calling. I'd have love this but I didn't know it was a thing coming from the flatlands of Ohio and not having internet growing up. I never knew THIS is what mountain biking was. Unreal!
Nice work Dave! When was this filmed? Rode that trail last year but I’m guessing a lot of that stuff is out of commission now cause it was pretty rickety.
This was last June i believe. Right in the middle of the heat wave so i was riding by first light (hence the dark and grainy footage). Definitely getting shaky. I pushed up it so i could inspect before i descended. Needs quite a bit of love.
I kept wondering when the Imperial Mini-AT-AT Walkers were gonna pop up and start shooting at Dave... That's about the only thing that could have made the trail more difficult.
Hey Dave, how many different bikes do you ride? I've seen you trailblazing a few MB's in your videos. I was thinking about pulling the trigger on a new Commencal
Enduro, ebike and commuter/cyclocross bike these days. I have a trials bike too, but it doesn't see any action these days. Commencal eh? Wait until you see my new bike 😜

This is the most under-rated mountain biking channel. Incredible stuff, Dave!
I like how he says "c'mon Dave" each time he does something that could end sketchy but nails it anyway. To become a legend in anything in life, you must be your biggest fan. Dave is a legend in the making 🔥
He's not a legend in the making, he's a legend. Period.
Its been made clear he is and has been a legend in this sport for a while.
Us getting to hear your immediate enjoyment from your laughter is so pure....I can't explain it but it give my soul a little boost.
Looks like someone made a mountain bike trail in the Ewok Village!
Awesome riding Dave, especially those crazy skinnies - I envy your abilities fella!
Wrecked AT-AT at 4:23 ;D
I copied your comment without knowing
I'm amazed how high you can bunny hop! amazing footage brother!
Insane collection of footage this week Dave. Your technical skill is off the charts.
Thanks Nick!

This is video number 4 I've seen of your riding I love how you bring the old school tech back to life keep it up
Trails like that need signs that say, "Experienced Riders with balls of steel, wrapped in carbon fiber, with a layer of titanium Only". I am continually amazed at the Trails Canadians build.
I like how your breathing adds an extra element to the video. Some crazy tech on that trail.
Absolutely crazy skills not many could clean that first trail.
That was unfrigginbelievable!! And Hella awesome!!
Reminds me of Eagle mt riding from 20 years ago!
Great video! Just bought my first mountain bike today after watching your channel for a while. Can’t imagine I’ll be trying what you do for a while but I can’t wait to get started. Only ever had a road bike.
Congrats Jared! Hope you enjoy the transition.
Mountain biking is a blast, but 99% of people would straight-up kill themselves trying the things Dave does flawlessly. Just, uh, take it slow and steady, eh?
Dude, your trials skills kick ass!!! Serious respect for that last section of skinnies! 🤘
Sunshine coast woodwork is something else. I remember being stumped as to how steep roll downs were even on blues. Like, steeper than most "black" features on the shore.
Very solid run. I could never do what you do, but I love watching from your POV
God I watched this before bed thinking it would be kinda relaxing… now my heart is beating out my chest holy shit great job man
I got caught up on my bashguard on the feature at 1:30 last time i rode it hahah be rad to see some of the stuff lower down given a freshen up! so much fun
That was intense!
Dave you should try coming out to Bentonville, it’s pretty tame compared to BC but I think it would be pretty interesting to see what you think of it. I personally love the trails here
I love how you push yourself when you came up on a harder part of the trail :D
From an old dude in the UK to a young talented dude in Canada just awesome riding i quite enjoy watching your video,s they never fail to keep me on edge, can you get any better hmm please prove me right all the best.
I love the contrast of background noise when you reach a plank over a little river :D
Love ur videos keep it up. I’m isolating at home and can’t wait to get back on my bike.😀
14 minutes of silliness 👍🏻
Just insane close control skills, Dave! Those skinnies were epic! Great footage.
Hands down, the craziest trail I've seen you ride yet.
Unbelievable skill..just amazing everytime I watch I'm on the edge of my seat..awesome !!!
I was wondering what fender you are running and where to get it also, will you do a bike check so we can see all the upgrades since you have gotten the bike.
Sketchy features, great trail, Amazing vid 🤙
An amazing thing about BC, its all downhill. I haven't seen Dave ride uphill yet. Amazing.
You got to keep the videos interesting so you usually should cut out the climb, but there is a LOT of climbing in BC, a lot of it being just boring steep gravel roads.
@@hardtailhero3667 Out of all the climbs we do, maybe 20% are gravel roads (North Shore, Squamish, Whistler, Fraser Valley, Okanagan, Kootenays)
Another awesome video. Thanks for sharing!
Well done Dave Well Done!!!
Well done buddy! You got an awesome channel!
When I grow up I want to be just like you 😁 Awesome riding as always dude!!
Thanks a lot, Ben!
Wish you could do a quick tip/ trials style skills video! That would be rad.
"Experienced riders only"...I think you've got that base covered! you slow speed skills on the skinny is Par excellence awesome ride mate....
What a ride, Dave! Those skinnies were insane. And the ending… now you’re just showing off! Haha. Love watching your rides. Keep it coming!
Dave proves that everything is rideable on a bike.
Nice video Dave, did you used to/still ride trials ? Your balance is top notch !
I did! Rode trials for about 16-17 years then stopped near the end of 2015. Only get out one or two times a year on the trials bike these days.
Absolutely insane skill! Just wow.
I had a serious back injury a couple of years ago. Any suggestions on brand and models of spine protection, also any other body armor suggestions would be great. Dave you ride a serious level. Great skills. Take care
Incredible
Nice video, brilliant riding!
i can see that youre into tech trails, i really like it!
Nice riding Dave!!!
Nice one dude💥💥💥
Super impressive! Also if a trail stresses YOU out, that means it’s virtually unrideable!
Your a legend Dave
I just came back to youtube after over a year. Realized this man came from 600 subs to over 100k. Insane.
Welcome back! Pretty messed up isn't it?
@@ddangerousddave that, and incredible. Well deserved!

Judging by the light spots from gaps in the canopy I think it was quite dark! EDIT: He also says lower he was riding by first light.
This video is best viewed on a small screen 😜. I wasn't sure whether to post this footage because the quality is terrible, but this trail might not last long enough for a redo and i was happy with my run so I figured what the heck.

Any tips for learning tech stuff? You're amazing!

Fucking amazing bro! Your technical riding skills are unbelievable. All that crazy stuff seemingly without ever setting a foot on the ground.
Where is the bowing emoji?
I'm not worthy! Thanks for the video.
Pretty jelly of your terrain. I'm down here in Florida, not much for downhill riding here lol
incredible riding my guy
no dabs… the stamina of this man is unbelievable
Man i dont bike, dont own a bike. But you make it look «lack of better word», rad! Cheers!
I think I missed my calling. I'd have love this but I didn't know it was a thing coming from the flatlands of Ohio and not having internet growing up. I never knew THIS is what mountain biking was. Unreal!
I wouldn’t even attempt this on my feet…
Awesome work man!
What hubs are you running brother? They sound fantastic.
Now that is a trail.. It's going on my list!
Nice work Dave! When was this filmed? Rode that trail last year but I’m guessing a lot of that stuff is out of commission now cause it was pretty rickety.

Wow! Well done. A fly along drone'd be good, the body language in the 1st one, woulda been full on to watch.
DAVE!! YOU HIT OVER 100K!!!!!!!!!!
2:00 Ok, I'd count going under that as clean, it's not really rid- nope he bunny hopped it. Dude what is WRONG with you 🤣 Crazy impressive as always.
12:00 Ok I'll reiterate, WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU
love ur vids keep it up
Respect💪
At first I thought it was the Krazy Karpenter trail 😬 never ending woodworks 😲
I kept wondering when the Imperial Mini-AT-AT Walkers were gonna pop up and start shooting at Dave... That's about the only thing that could have made the trail more difficult.
"c'mon, Dave!" 🤣
Dave, with hat controlled breathing, you should teach a lamaze class. Sick riding dude.
Hey Dave, how many different bikes do you ride?

What if you made a VR glasses video? Too scary for me to watch probably haha
Amazing
I think we were all saying, "C'mon Dave" right along with you.
Nope. Nope. Nope. That first trail was terrifying! :)
I would recommend getting yourself a 4+ inch wide bicycle beast to do some of the rides.
There was so much wood on that course and yet you threw the hammer down and nailed it...
Very impressive 🙌🏽
'Why would you build a low fat bridge when you can build a high skinny bridge? Build it high, build it skinny" --someone in the video Kranked circa 2000.
Thank you for leaving in the pep talks to yourself!
Holy crap dude 🤘🏼
So good.
Among your best
Dude. Insane!
U R Bad ass 👍🏻👍🏻😎
amazing skill
Do you have any footage of you in trials competition?
Love da techyyyy
I'm just curious but are there any tunnels made for bikes an if not they should definitely make one.
Dangerous & Dave indeed !
its legit the elephant graveyard of plank skinnies.... x’D stressful!
You got my subscription!
what is 6:30 right side?
A ramp up to a massive drop. Unfortunately one of the stringers is broken so it's not safe to ride.
How can you come against people? Does it have a rotation direction?
That was great
That was some skill. Are you clipped in to kick the bike around like that? Just asking
He’s probably running flats brother. Just immense amount of skills. Looks like he’s buddies are running flats so I would assume he is as well.
@@ricardo6695 Yeah watching the vid again he takes his foot off for balance a few times lol
