    I made this cake this week for my sister and my whole family loved it :) the sponge cake is soft and the mousse layers were smooth, not overly sweet, and delicious! The only things I did differently though were I used a whole packet of gelatin (8 g) with 80 g water and I used 400 g of mango puree. Thank you so much for this recipe!

    Made it yesterday for my boyfriend's birthday. Oh boy this cake is really good. Everybody loves it... I added mango slices and mixed nuts in between the mousse, even better. Also, I used a japanese cheesecake as my base ( just my preference). Thanks for the recipe, will definitely make it again.

    Hi, thank you for sharing this beautiful mousse cake recipe. I have some questions regarding the ingredients. For mango mousse layer, should I use 6g or 7g of gelatin? For the whipped cream should I use 175g or 200g? They are different from the video and the list from description box. Thanks!

    Hi i’m confused. For the mango mousse layer, in the video it said 200g of heavy cream, but in the description area, you typed 175g of heavy cream. May i clarify which is the correct amount? Thanks :)

      I guess gelatin to keep the cream stable

      You can just whip the cream until its form stiff peak instead of soft peak like on the video. But the result will be very difference, its will end up taste like a birthday cake

    Okay guys, I didn’t read the description carefully and I didn’t rest them in between in the fridge . I dumped the 1sr n second layer pretty much same time without resting 😩 and I only know I was fucked up when I saw the mixture blended together 😭😂. Now they’re all in the fridge waiting for 4 hours to serve . Hopefully they’ll be fine 🤣

    There is an expression like “Food for Mood” that exists in this language.
    You should have showed products & amounts while the video was playing!
