Amazing for you video of Solo Camping in a Snow Storm & Campfire Cooking, Cowboy Coffee, Smash Burger | ASMR | Suzuki Jimny. I admire you, love your video. Thanks for sharing.🥰
Camping in the snow would have to be a personal favourite, the only downside is being high enough for snow usually means unforgiving winds haha 😂.. I really enjoyed this solo camping episode, the perfect way to get ready for bed ⛺️❄️
Wow! I liked ur peaceful video. Looking at the naturehike dune, and came across your video. Yes i did subscribe, and look forward to see yo more. I want a holder for pans, utensils etc. Never can find them. ❤
Thanks mate! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. You’ll see a variety of tents and camping setups here, and we hope our videos give you some inspiration for your gear choices. I often use canvas drawstring bags or sacks to store utensils and cookware when camping. They’re super practical and easy to clean since you can just throw them into the washing machine if they get dirty. Looking forward to bringing you more relaxing videos!
Thanks for your comment! On that day, I drove really slowly and was gentle with the pedals. The stock tyres didn’t let me get stuck on the trails or put me in any danger. That said, the snow wasn’t too deep, and the tyres managed to cut through it and grip the gravel underneath.
Another great video! I really enjoyed watching all the details that you put in it and thanks for sharing all of them with us! As a Jinmy owner also in Australia, I’m really keen to see a video from you going through the gears you’ve been using recently. Not sure if it’s something on your list?
Thank you for your support! I enjoy using a variety of camping and cooking setups, ranging from a simple Aussie swag to a fully furnished tent. Over the last three months, you might have noticed that I’ve used almost entirely different gear in each episode. You can find a detailed gear list in the description, and I always make sure to show how everything is used in the videos. Hopefully, we can wave to each other in our Jimnys someday on the road!
Good morning! Wow, you're from NZ-I really miss the spectacular mountains and the cute kiwis, what a magical place. The next episode was filmed in a unique spot, but we usually release videos fortnightly. We'll do our best to release weekly while maintaining quality someday soon!
Exactly! And if your hat and tent are both flying off in the wind, which one do you chase after? Do you save the shelter or your style? Tough call, right? 😂
I miss winter! 😍 In Russia there is usually a lot of snow and camping is very cozy! But with a tent it is very difficult, because it can be very cold 🥶what is the temperature usually in your winter?)
Thanks for watching! I love the snow too, but there isn't much in Australia, which makes this episode special to me. The temperature can drop to around -10°C in the high plains, so I usually set up a wood stove in my tent to stay warm.
Hello. Really love your videos. We have a Jungle Green jimny :) Do you think the Naturehike Dune tent is suitable for Australian summer/hot camping as well as in cold/winter? I am really interested in one but worried about the ventilation or seeming lack of it? Thanks in advance for any advice.
@@EvaWiggleh Hi thanks for watching! Personally I wouldn’t use it in very hot conditions, as you already noticed the lack of mesh walls/ventilation. It has snow skirts and the latest version has a built-in wood stove jack, making it a perfect winter tent spacious enough for you and your partner.
@@lanbolyra dang! not suitable for us then. thanks for the reply! back to the hunt for something with a similar style to this but with mesh doors/windows.
Haha, yes, the Jimny is like the little ninja of the 4WD world-light on gas, stealthy in the bush, but still packs a punch! I think I could almost run it on the smell of a campfire!
Camping in same Tent right now! Love the Dune 7.6. I have snow load tested, and later this morning, rain test apparently as we have severe rain storm coming. Also, I want a Jimmy!!! Can't get them in Canada sadly . Your camping videos are excellent, just subscribed. Do same for Wolfman Outdoors 289?
Obrigado pelo apoio contínuo! O inverno é breve e a neve é tão rara na Austrália, o que torna esse episódio especial. A partir deste mês, a Austrália está recebendo a primavera, e vou mostrar como é nos próximos vídeos!
@@Wecanslide_HSW Thanks for watching mate. I carry the faucet all the time, it has made the life much easier. The touch button situation in this video is actually very rare, I didn’t re-film that clip, as I just wanted to keep it real.
You are right … that breakfast was better than in any cafe 👍 I really like the design of that tent ,but I am worried about the torrential down falls we get here in QLD that sometimes lasts for days . I wish it was made of a better material and rip stop as well ,the floor is only rated to 2000 ,the one I have now is 10,000 … a big difference but is a lot heavier ( 20 kg ) . Great video !
Exactly, mate! Air tents often use heavier and more durable materials because they don’t need poles to set up and support the structure. Non-air tents with decent space have to use lighter materials to keep the weight down. I used to live in QLD too, but I couldn’t handle the heat, so I moved south, haha. Thanks for watching!
