...I think Lammy was referring to the Captain's MPD (Multiple Personality Disorder).
Tritnew 1 Thats probably him going throught his WW2 state (AKA Angry Capitan), and i have things to back my though up. The capitan literally refers to lammy as a ,,Soldier", at the last lines of rap, he says he was a hero, possibly refering that he participated in WW2 and saved his country. The another thing is that he was probably a Attack Helicopter Pilot, as he also refers to Planes in general in his lines.

I love this level. The pilot character, concept, and music are interesting.
I love this song. BTW I think the only context you can really understand this game is that it's a fever dream. Lammy is just troubled.

The Fact the Licensed Pilot is getting smacked in the head to the point of a concussion and it makes him switch between his personalities. (Like MPD{Multiple Personality Disorder})

Man. This game gave you like _three seconds_ to accept that:
1. Lammy has a plane to catch to get to her concert, which she’s coming to the day-of from her own apartment and never mentioned
2. It is at all realistic that Lammy can board a plane, be flown to her destination, and disembark within 8 minutes
3. The plane is lifting off from a city street within skateboarding distance of the local Birth-Mart

I had so much trouble with this stage and after two straight hours of trying, I got Cool Mode and I flipped out.

Seriously, even the last one was something that could happen, but grabbing onto a plane and flying it, possibly to a head-on collision with the ground that results in just another "try again" by the instructor/pilot? And Lammy still only cares about how much time she has, despite time moving at real time's pace.
And that she probably killed millions way before the plane fell, or during its fall! I doubt anyone can survive a plane that *Jerks up and down and is convulsive that begins to violently spin around before hitting the ground.*
