Excellent! But the gutter bracket at 0:38 is a thermal bridge, and also the bottom flashing at 4:04 is a significant thermal bridge. Would prefer that the purlins were connected between the rafters, and not on top of them. The columns and rafters for the endwalls can be simplified because of the 2 extra columns there, and smaller span.
Thank you for your kind analysis @elbuggo We didn’t show the details at the bottom of the building but obviously an insulated low wall is needed, or preferably, a concrete slab that ends up covered by the sandwich panels. We are expecting to enhance this structure in the coming months, stay subscribed to stay tuned! Have a nice day from France Nikki
@@nikkimoreaux Unfortunately, all builders have a problem with a obvious thermal bridge there at the interface between the slab and the wall panel. Can not have steel penetrating the insulation layer like that. Steel is a 300 times better thermal conductor than wood, so even the screws have a detectable thermal loss. Stainless steel is about half as bad as black steel. There should be some drip edge at the lowest end of the wall panels some way.
