    I don't know, but for me as a person from Russia, best months to live in Lao are from October to January, when there are no rains, everyday is shiny, without clouds and the temperature is 24-29 with nights at between 12-25 which is very comfortable for me.

    We were in Luang Prabang around 10 days ago when the AQI was hitting a mindblowing 600+ The most polluted place in the world at that point. I lived in China for 12 years and have never seen anything like it - you could actually see a smoke haze *inside* the hotel room.
    I flew my drone for about 10 minutes in Vang Vieng, and it was covered in a layer of black soot when it landed.
    Can only hope that 2023 is a wake up call and the situation starts to reverse next year.

      5 You inhabitants of the earth, can a man know this offering if God does not reveal it to him? No. Never! And this is my belief. I am one who believes that God can only accept what He has revealed. Everything Moses did, it was God who revealed it to him. The construction of the ark was a revelation from God to Noah. And the Lord Jesus said: "I do nothing save whatever I see God doing first." Everything I have done and preached to this day, I have based myself on divine revelations. Branhamists say of me: "With Kacou Philippe, they are dreams and visions" and I say: Amen to that. For example: You pagans, a force can immobilize you in your sleep and you do not know what it is but I, with my own eyes, I saw this satanic force move in a house and I defeated it. And it is this force that will immobilize the dead in their graves when the prophets and those who believed in them in their time will resurrect and go up to heaven.
      6 In 1993, I stood in the same place as Moses in Genesis 1:2. The earth was in darkness and it was the appearance of the Angel and the Lamb in heaven that brought Light to the earth and I went and stood with them on the waters. And we formed a constellation above the waters. And one morning, I was invisible to men. I was a transparent cloud similar to the mirage which is above fire or the ground when the sun is scorching. I was the angel of judgment. And I could see people and I could hear them and I moved without a body in the sky but nobody saw me because I was invisible. God was showing me that I am a prophet, a rishi and that one day, when I leave the earth, I will return to this divine position with those who have believed in me and who have received purification through my Message, which I received from the Angel and the Lamb on April 24, 1993. Wow your video really gave a good image of how bad the smoky haze is right now. I had heard about how bad it was in Chiang Mai but didn't realize it was also bad over in LP. My wife and I are planning to drive to Laos in a couple months time, during the rainy season, so we're hoping the rains will clear up the air. That said, the roads will be more challenging given the risk of landslides, mud, etc.. We will be going up to the border with China and all the way down to Si Phan Don. We weren't originally planning to go so far north, but then your videos changed our minds and made us want to follow in your footsteps! We will be stopping for a break in Vientiane midway through our journey. So we plan to drop by your restaurant :)

    • @NowinLao
      @NowinLao  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The rain falls mainly in the very early hours of the morning and afternoon. You'll occasionally get short falls during the day. Ask most people who live here.. it is their favorite time of year. The air is clear, it's not too hot, everything is green and growing. Rivers are flowing and waterfalls powering. No need to book anything because for some reason.. people think it rains non stop and are scared of getting wet, so therefore fewer tourists 👌 Lol.. you'll be fine. Yes, there may be some days where the rain has settled in, but it's well worth it. The MOST BEAUTIFUL time of year in Laos 👌

    The burning is a nightmare this year. As an Australian it beggars belief that they would just randomly set alight to the forests to hunt animals. So many forest fires everywhere. It is heartbreaking. And clearing forest to grow rubber! And some foreign investment company gets carbon credits for planting trees! Who ever manages that system should be shot. The air here in Luang Prabang has been AQI particle count well about 100 and up to 660 since January. If someone doesn’t do something it will kill the tourist trade at what can be a fabulous time here. This year is exceptionally bad - for the record - and 5 years into a drought up this way too. Cassava like you say but I have been fortunate enough to speak to well informed people from the ministry and Lao National University. There is a lot going on this year. And yes, worst ever. I have Lao friends in their 50s here and they have never ever seen this. Fortunately it rained last night and there will be a bit more this week! Hurray! Everyone has coughs colds and bronchitis by now! But wow! It is so beautiful when the smoke goes. Just wear masks if you come at this time and make sure you have air con. 😂🎉

      @Now in Lao ..you're so aussie in your vernacular, that's you, adds a certain dimension to the channel but international audience wants international language could be wrong but straighten out your delivery but then Norman gunston did interview Mel Gibson...I don't mind, can relate to it. Know aussie culture but hang with Canadians they are most neutral of accents, you have 2 choices, go all the way with being aussie or get international n pay attention to speech delivery, my guess, ride the aussie wave but bloody this, bloody that, stone the crows mate, just don't be in the middle...

    4 But know that if someone torments us like Achan or unworthily follows this Message, he is under the curse of 1 Corinthians 11:27-30. If you are sitting there with some sins and people are confessing around you and that does not tell you anything, know at least that you will be filled with demons and with curses. Know that you came into the house of God just to return from it cursed rather than being blessed. Beware because sin is not a second nature for the sons of God and God said to Moses: "Those who have tempted me ten times will not enter into the promised land." Every time you sit there with some unconfessed sins in your heart, this goes up before God in the Heaven. [Ed: The congregation says, “Amen!”]. [Kc.18v1]

    4 So we understand, in accordance with Genesis chapter 2, that woman was not there when God was giving the instructions to Adam in the Garden of Eden. There is a reason to that! She was not there when Adam was naming the animals, the birds and others! You see? God did all that so that woman may humbly recognise her place.
    5 And speaking of her ministry, if a man has not come on earth to fulfill a mission like Judas Iscariot, he cannot admit a woman in the pulpit; and if you are not a goat, born to be seduced, you cannot sit to listen to a woman preach or lead songs when men are there! Even if she does it well, it is the devil that is behind. Nature itself teaches us that a woman is not carrier of seed. She can therefore not preach and bring eternal Life. And only one boy among a thousand of women makes the "they" feminine change into "they" masculine because of the authority of man.
    6 A child of God cannot go against what God has established; even without the Holy Spirit, he will be disturbed. The Bible cannot contradict itself. If Jesus had established a woman apostle or disciple, then he would have not been the Messiah. If Paul allowed woman to preach then Paul would be false. No matter his miracles, they would be miracles of seduction. [Ed: The congregation says: “Amen!”].
    7 Woman’s ministry and the marriage of homosexuals are the two biggest abominations of the end of times. And a person who enters into a church where women preach, it is like a person who takes part in a parade of homosexuals. 2000 years ago, mankind did not know that one day, homosexuals were going to parade in Jerusalem. 2000 years ago, mankind did not know that one day a woman, despite her menses, was going to preach before people in some churches. [Ed: The congregation says: “Amen!”].
