These tents / shelters are my favourite,so simple and extremely fast set up . For me the super mid is the best for canoe camping and goes up perfectly with half a canoe pole ,and the duo mid is perfect for back packing , I had the solo mid which is extremely light but is bare minimum size the average guy can sleep in . Great review 👍
I had one of the Hennessy hammocks years ago complete with the under quilt, but after the novelty wore of I found it a pain and just couldn't get on with it 👍
Didn't realise that! Id presume that being an American company they'd be popular over there! But they are just a cottage industry company, being a small company making bespoke items and to be fair, these tents are very expensive using the DCF material. Thanks for taking the time to comment and for watching 👍
You're right to point that out Steve, MLD put the net in on the original duomid tent, but by the time I bought the duomid XL that was no longer an option at the time as they were so busy with back orders, so my partner fitted it as she used to be a seamstress, I totally forgot about it. Not sure if MLD will do it or not now days, but glad you reminded me 👍⛺
Good review of the MLD tents Col
Stay tuned, I'll be doing a review on the Z packs triplex soon 👍
Very interesting.
Thanks for watching 👍

Yep, agree with your summary of the tents, that's why you need 145 tents....a tent for every occasion 😉
@@WestieTravels but 146 tents is better 😁
True that lol 😆
Do you ever do any hammock camping? I'm thinking of giving it a go this year

Did you put the mosquito in yourself or did you have them do it.

@@WestieTravels I'm a big fan of perimeter netting. It's a shame they aren't doing it anymore.
@drytool definitely, such a good feature 👍
