Jaw inflammation- do talk to your rheumatologist. saaz dose can be increased or further medicines can be added. Weight loss- One needs to confirm the exact cause of weight loss. If it is due to AS, we need better control of AS.

Are you seeing a rheumatologist? Omnacortil & prednisone are steroids & not really good in the long run. Please see a rheumatologist if you are not seeing one. Tofacitinib/ biologics would be better options to take care of the neck inflammation

Burning pain is generally not due to AS. It can be due to stress/ poor sleep/ fibromyalgia. Do speak to your rheumatologist.

Sir Iam suffering pain in chest costocondroit junction and same as back side of chest & with scapular as from last 7years. Recently confirmed with Rheumatogist I having AS. taken medicine cronazar&methyl prednisolone. But scapular pain is not decrease. Tell me sir this is which type of AS.

Sir i am hlab27 negative but I have AS , i have pain in my back and chest ribs cage. There is deep pain while sneezing and coughing in chest. I took sulphasalazine and tofacitinib but both of not worked. Doctor suggested me infliximab but dur to side effects i have not taken.
I daily walks for half an hour and doing stretching exercises but no any improvement. Pls suggest me what to do i am tired of my life due to this pain.
Pl go ahead with infliximab. It is quite safe under supervision.
