Heya man long time no see. The thing is you can precast pet skills and with precise timing you can use pet port to not disrupt cast. For Bristleback you need to wait first part of animation with setup and port it just before it starts casting projectiles. Signet of hunt is definitly huge for this mix because you give pet fury and unblockable with some might. The bristleback f1 can hit very hard if crit and close range because sometimes it even does 3 hits with 3-2k each. Last skill which is preparations is just used in mix with f2 hunt and port to add some condi dmg to spike.
Thing is for most pets you would also need to detarget to do this kinda of timed pet attack port but for bristleback you just need to be in range of f2 and you can do this thing outside line of sight and make some nice plays. Damage from f2 fits cd of port skill so every 12 sec you have ability to add around 7k dmg to burst. The dmg is kinda rng if pet has no fury so it all depends on many factors but lets say its around 4-8k.

Jacaranda and imob spider are also very good options and also handy once you get used to port to not disrupt pet skill.
