Brittany Ferries - Salamanca - wheelchair accessibility

This is the third time we crossed the sea between Ireland and mainland Europe by ferry. It was also a third different vessel. The first one was The Oscar Wilde, the second ship, a brand new (but not the best adapted for wheelchair users) was The W.B. Yeats.
And now the above ferry from Brittany Ferries (also a new one (one year old - built in 2022). This one is called SALAMANCA and the designers paid attention to many small things to make it the most accessible vessel. This ferry is the best in terms of accessibility in my opinion - thanks to these small details like everything at reachable level - coat hook, towel hanger, light switch at the bed, bed shelf within a reach and so on. These small but important things weren't available on the W.B. Yeats or Oscar Wilde ferry. If you are thinking about Spain by ferry next summer look no further!
