The probability to only hit the three minions and not face is 0.75^10 = 0.0563 or 5.63%, so the chance for the Mask of C'Thun to hit face (at least once) is 1-0.0563 = 0.944 or 94.4%.
basically you're rolling a 4-sided die 10 times and finding the chance it never gets 4. a given roll has a 75% chance of not being 4, so ten rolls without a 4 is 0.75^10 which is about 5.6%. the actual chance he survived is a little lower because two minions (tick and the luckysoul hoarder) have less than 10 hp, so eg. if mask of c'thun first hit the luckysoul 4 times, the remaining 6 rolls would be 1/3 chances instead of 1/4. I don't feel like plotting out all of those permutations, but 5% is very close to the exact answer
