  • I was honoured to be joined by two sober legends on this weeks Free Friday Live - Millie Gooch from Sober Girl Society and Sober Dave who is a legend on Instagram.
Both guests have been on their own journey from a place where they realised alcohol was having a negative impact on their life right through to successfully quitting and going on to help thousands of other people change their own relationship with alcohol.
We covered a broad range of topics including:
Increased drinking during the current Coronavirus lockdown
How your friends react when you quit drinking
    Romanticising alcohol when you quit
When do we stop thinking about drinking
Making new friends after you quit alcohol
Practical tips and tools to deal with challenging cravings and thoughts about drinking
