good job man. ive made pittsburgh seems, s-lock and drivekeys all by hand wiith nothin other then seamers and a folding tool. sure impressed the hell outta some people. thats wha its all about though. sometimes its late or theres no parts house close or whatever but there can still be a way to get it done with a quality approach and a lil brain power. thanks for posting tuis hopefully will teach a few people

inch and a quarter is a better allowance for a half inch folding leaf, also a mallet is a better choice of tool for the job so you don't mar up the machine. the steps are good though
after the second bend slide piece in as far as it will go with taller flange going up then break all the way and use fingers to push flange dn from there u can flatten in brake and never use hammer til knocking dn on last bend

That's a good tip for making fittings on the job.

The side face of the hammer works well too for those operations

ed get a leather or wooden mallet for tapping on your brake.metal hammers dings the leaf up nice video
