There's one exception to the eateries business. Kibandas have incredibly low overhead and huge profits if run right, and the margins I've seen are really good. But it needs you as the proprietor there full time.
The key is 2 things: .... 1. Its a job, not a business. You have to be there personally. 2. You have to know your cost for preparing every serving. Total cost including toothpicks, serviettes, drinking water et c ... Otherwise, you make a profit on the plate, and it disappears on the side things.
