I've watched multiples of these videos, and honestly, I would never feel comfortable acting on any signs mentioned. As long as courtship is being treated like a game or like something that takes a psychology degree to read, it's doomed to fail and time is too precious to waste on something that could be approached directly. If someone fears rejection, they shouldn't pursue or play games because rejection will be the most likely outcome. That or the classic one that got away story.
As a psych I have to point out this is one womans view. Men do not think the same as women. If someone likes you, you will know it mostly. If they don't..likewise.

If you really want to learn how people work then find a higher popularity public space. I used malls during the 90’s. But there are probably better places now. Just sit and watch people. You can learn behavior by individual people up to the overall social behavior of the whole. There’s a very big difference between individual behavior and group behavior. You can also learn how to predict behavior and manipulate people to achieve desired behavior. But it takes time and patience. Something a lot of people don’t want to invest.
