It's really worth to listen Mr. Gaurav. You explained the government deadlock scenario accurately...
1. you can do justice.
2. 2 months in ias is worth more than 20 years in investment banking
why governments get so much of scoldings
+likith gk bcoz 50% are not available
+likith gk multiple responsibilities for the one man
+likith gk If you follow all rules no work will be done.
you have to violate small small rules here and their!

The first 35 minutes of his experiences then , his 4 minutes advice from 51:00 to the exam qualifiers.
He is so good decent, polite, calm spokesperson and the successful person

After listening to this speech of his I am totally demotivated , a highly educated IIT IIM graduate living in such worse conditions and such a hell lifestyle .. He deserves the best...
He chose that lifestyle , as he said he wanted to give justice to people to be in that position , while listening his speech get to know he is happy whatever he is doing, thatswhy he chose to be IAS officer instead of investment banker.
It was good interactin with Gourav and other toppers there. I wish all new topper best wishes and hope with Gourav that he start his blog again. I am crazy fan of his blog. He should take some time for his hobby also. :)
India needs more people like Gaurav Aggarwal; and hopefully, he will save himself from the present corrupt bureaucratic environment. Many good people join government services but are unable to resist, overcome or correct the corrupting influences; many a times due to communal, regional or familial conflicts of interest.
