It's kind of funny how that sentence makes sense within the transformers toylines when other toylines like go-bots, for how much undeserved shit they get sometimes, were doing planes with no under-kibble already back in the 80s (look at Leader-1, for example).

This is much better than the piece of scrap that was the Studio Series Bumblebee movie Blitzwing. This F-4 looks much better than that and exactly as it did when it was in the movie.
Honestly, if they were going for more G1-Inspired looks for the characters we all know and love, they dropped the ball kinda bad for the guy. I mean, he honestly looks a whole lot more like Starscream, the colors are wrong, and there was no indication that he could turn into a tank

Mine has stress marks on all the joints after one transformation. It’s definitely not for play, but is a gorgeous piece of engineering and artwork. If they do another release in the future, I’ll probably buy another one so I can keep both modes on display.
My MP Lazerbeak's left shoulder cannon snapped clean off on the first transformation. It was literally the first dam move I ever made on it. Now it's just "battle damage" lol.

I still want to see the Transformers use laser fire instead of bullet projectiles in the movies. I understand that they originally had to for child censorship reasons but it's how it was meant to look and just makes sense since they were aliens.
I refuse to ever refer to this character as anything other than Nacelle because it isn't a triple changer and the colors are closest to Nacelle and a few other random G1 cartoon seekers. That being said, that's the best Nacelle figure ever made!! Hasbro should take a cue from the engineering on this guy for future jet-formers they produce.

Blitzwing was probably my favorite character from the Bumblebee movie, with Shatter taking silver. Seeing Blitz' get a toy like this is awesome.
