Medieval Hurdy Gurdy at Eppstein Castle

I bet you have have always wondered what the Hurdy Gurdy man sounded like. Now you will know!
This wonderful man was so patient showing us all how this medieval instrument could be played.
The Eppstein Castle is an easy train ride from Frankfurt or Wiesbaden and though it is a ruin, it is fun for kids to run around in and they have a nice little museum.
Info about opening days and times is on their website. Looks like they even have Birthday parties available. How cool would that be?
