Years ago I did a workout called The Firm Aerobic workout with weights - they transformed my body and I learned how important strength training was. Your workouts are the only ones that have come close to those old tapes/DVDs since they stopped producing them.
Olivia, I’m an old Firm gal myself!! I loved the original vhs tapes. Volumes 1-6 were classics and the best. They changed ownership over the years and after that they weren’t as good, imo, as the originals. They totally firmed me up too. They first introduced compound moves with weights which I fell in love with. I know the one you’re referring to with Sandahl Bergman and the tall step? Thank God we don’t have to w/o to the same 6-12 videos over and over again anymore and have PJ 😄

It's great that the 25 in 25 challenge includes cardio days so I have to do them but my favourites are pure strength training workouts so I loved day 15!
This was a KILLER for me! Even the mobility exercises were tough (I was making all sorts of noises on the mat!) 🥵😂 Bookmarking this, so that by next time I hope to be lifting heavier! 💪🔥

Day 14 and 15 done today. Unable to do a workout yesterday so did the full body stretch stretch this morning- it felt soooo good. Did back & bicep workout this afternoon- feeling that one. Back on track dnd ready for tomorrow. 💪🏻😃

That was great, right shoulder pain doing the floor exercises with the towel and without the towel so could not complete that one. Loved the rest of the exercise.
Oh Wow! My biceps are on 🔥🔥🔥😰😄. I used 15lbs and 12.5 lb weights and I tell you, about to the end of the rep, it got harder for me to lift. Which is a good thing. My arms and back definitely got a good w/o. I'm ready for # 16 on Saturday. I usually just do 5 days a wk but I'm steppn up my game to 6 days a wk. Thanks PJ. Have a great weekend. C ya tomorrow💞

I enjoyed this workout again! I found I was able to go up to 12lbs and 10 lbs for this workout with very little shoulder pain. PJ thank you for encouraging me to try to move up in weight.
Hi PJ. I’m on 25//25. My heaviest Dumbells are 9’s then goes down to 5’s so I stuck with 9s to make it as challenging as possible. And it was! Hope that was the right thing to do. I’m going to order some heavier now though so I have the, for future. Great workout 😊

Oh my gosh day 15 of the 25 in 25 was amazing, im still doing it with my lighter dumbbells only because I don’t have heavier ones ,,, I have to say that I feel ready to move to but heavier dumbbells YAY thax to PJ .

I liked how you sandwiched the dumbbell work sessions around the work we did on the mat- I don't think I could've done the 2 dumbbell sessions in a row!
