After fishing the Harris Chain for months I decided it was time for change of pace. Stay tuned for some big Toho bass in today's episode and keep an eye out for some future tournament videos on the Kissimmee Chain.
⚠️ I will be offering guide trips over the summer (Late May-August) on the Butler Chain of Lakes here in Central Florida. Not only is the Butler Chain great for numbers and quality fish, it's one of the BEST places to learn electronics fishing and different techniques in Florida. If you are interested in booking a trip you can reach me via Instagram or email (dylanquilatan.fish@gmail.com)

I’m going down to Toho this weekend for the first time I planned on flipping grass and looking for deeper clean hydrilla. I have no electronics on my boat…any advice would be greatly appreciated! I’m only 14 and I catch some big bass pretty consistently but having no electronics kills me especially when I travel to bigger lakes! 😭

yeah man you definitely dont need the crazy electronics to catch fish. It just helps for fishing offshore. I heard theres a good flipping bite going on in the kissimmee grass and matted hydrilla. There are usually some big schools on the deeper hydrilla lines. Look for a long clean edge and keep going down it until you find a group of fish (it can be 1/2 a mile of nothing and then crazy action). This may be more difficult without electronics so dont be discouraged if it doesnt work out. You can find some big groups of fish out in the cheese mats with a frog. Go get em bro good luck

@@DylanQuilatan sweet man thanks! It can definitely be tougher to attempt offshore fishing without any electronics and usually this time of year I just result to flipping/punching grass. I’ll give the deeper hydrilla a try though I have a few spots in mind that I’ll try. Hopefully I can save up for some electronics that are at least half decent. But anyways thanks for the advice that definitely helped out and keep up the good content! I used to do videos but I kinda stopped doing it but I might start doing them again!

@@fishingwithlucas53 for sure buddy let me know how it goes. Toho is one of my favorite lakes around here, definitely has the most bass out of any tournament lake in central florida

@@DylanQuilatan yea man my grandparents own a zoo and I’ll just catch fish and add them to the tanks! It’s super awesome to have them especially when they aren’t spooky and they come right up to me! I will say I have learned quite a bit about both fishing and making videos so I might take out the camera and film when I go this weekend! Do you have an instagram page or like a Fishbrain that I can follow you on?

How in the world does a kid that looks like he’s 14 afford to run around in a 85,000 bass boat
